There is no plastic smell in either of the pairs I bought. I find them very appealing to my daughters. This is the cutest thing I've ever seen.

They're so cute. It's pretty comfy, but not super soft or anything. I also find that they're a little heavy, but other than that, I really enjoy them.

This is quite a comfy shirt, but it has a tendency to scuff very I found these to be quite comfortable for platform shoes, and they would be even better if you put on one of those cloudfoam insoles

However, you should size up if you do that. In my normal size, I am a I am between sizes 5 and 9 depending on the brand and type of footwear, and these were like WELL on the borderline of my foot size, so I probably should have ordered a half-size bigger. It is QUITE unexpected that they scuff so easily, but a bit I think it's super great for the price as well! You should check it out, especially if you are looking for cheap, comfortable cosplay shoes. My runna cosplay will probably go well with these!.
