In my experience there were no issues with the lido's fitting true to size, however, with the minnow's you need to size up a full size. When ordering a size 10, order a size 9 if you usually wear it.
They normally get a spray of oxiclean on them and then I let them sit for five minutes, then wash them on cold. Let dry on a wire rack.

My shoes have been in my possession for a few weeks now, and I think I've worn them three or four times already. My memory of the seam had been wiped out by the third time I wore them. Take the time to let these shoes become accustomed to your feet.

Though the shoes look fantastic and fit true to size, they are not particularly comfortable. Their insides are tainted with flaws that cause them to feel It feels like having a rock between your foot and the shoe at the contact point where the shoe is sewn together (near the top of the foot) if there is overlap of material in the area where the shoe is sewn together. While the main material is a soft material, the thread they used to sew them together is a really scratchy one. Despite my reluctance to part with the shoes, I kept them. With small scissors, I cut away the excess material as much as I could, and then I used toenail clippers to get around the corners of the shoe where scissors couldn't reach. Buying these shoes was a very long process that involved reading a lot of reviews. My previous pair of Roxy Schooner V Minnow shoes, which have been extremely comfortable ever since I bought them, were worn out. These were a perfect replacement. This isn't nearly as comfortable as the other pair, and it definitely fits I find that the elastic in them digs into the sides of my feet and the canvas fabric is rough. Also, the back of the left shoe is digging into my ankle on the top of the back. As these shoes have a very stylish look, I went a size up, and I am hoping that they will soften up over time. It would be great if I could still get my old Roxy sneakers.
