I am ordering this to give to my daughter on her It was easy for me to order the ring according to her size. I had barely fitted her pinky into it when I gave it to her. On the way home later that day, we passed a Pandora store, so I went inside to inquire. Just by looking at it, the woman behind the counter said it was the wrong size. After returning this ring, I bought the ring at the store and kept the one I returned. If it hadn't been a special occasion, I probably wouldn't have been so impatient. Assume that when you place an order, it will be accurate and issued correctly and I didn't have the time to handle it. Neither we nor their customer service are sure whether they run small or if this was a Have never taken the time to investigate.
