Earrings like these are perfect for casual wear all day long. They have been complimented a lot and I wear them every day to work. It looks particularly good on the butterfly and the moon and star. If you search hard enough, I am sure you can find matching underwear. The same way you would with any other pair of earrings. The only difference is that they are smaller than they appear to be, so they do not stand out in an unflattering way.
