I really wanted to like this dress, and it's a lovely design, but it's just too big for me. I've always had an hourglass figure, whether I was extremely thin or moderately heavy, or somewhere in between. There isn't a lot of stretch in this dress. So, while the chest fit fine for the well-endowed girls in the XL recommended, the waist was far too large. I could make it work with a belt, but it wouldn't look right with the two-tone design. My chest would not fit if I went down a size (I could probably go down two sizes on the waist). The quality of the content is adequate but not exceptional. It was exactly what I was going for in terms of aesthetics. Also, while the slit is very attractive, it is far too high for office work. I am, after all, 5'11". However, it would be appropriate for a romantic evening. As a result, I'll have to return it. br>br>I gave it three stars because I believe it would look great on certain body types. It's just not mine, and the red is quite intense. It's neither here nor there; I just thought you should be aware of it. I like red, but it's a little too bright for me; however, if it had fit well, I would have overlooked the color. I also can't comment on how well it washes or bleeds because I'm returning it. Personally, I'd wash it by itself the first time because the red would ruin the entire load because it bleeds! I hope you found it useful.
I liked the fabric quality, which was as expected, perfect thickness and stretchy. I usually wear a size 8 to 10, with a chest measurement of 39 inches, a waist measurement of 35 inches, and hips measurements of 43 inches, but I ordered a size 10 (XL) because people said it runs small, and it fits me perfectly. I'm relieved that everything went well. This is a dress that I would recommend.

The dress appears to be as shown in the photo, but it is a little boxy in the fit. The fabric is comfortable, but not particularly thick, and you can't see the red underneath, so I'll have to draw in the waistline. Iron it if you want it to look nice.

This dress runs small, so go up a size! It has a strong hold on me. It's the perfect fit for me. I can dress it up with a black blazer for a more professional look, or dress it down with heels for a more sexier look. I'm thrilled I came across this!.
