They don't all fit the same in terms of sizing. Two of the trousers I ordered were about three inches wider at the hips than the other. As long as the difference in size was on the hips, I think the top would be okay. It might be hard for anyone who has shapely hips. In house dresses are cut so much larger, however, that I do not need the 1X. I usually wear a 1X, but I order a large because they are cut much larger.
This dress was perfect for me these days, I wear 1x most of the time and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. It's comfortable and airy, too.

Examine it carefully before laundering! I love the color of this dress, and it fits On the very next day, we were having a Fiesta party so I was really looking forward to it. Although it looks good, I made the mistake of not paying closer attention to it before washing In cold water and on low, I washed and dried the shirt, but it still needed a bit of attention. Put the iron to work. When I put it on the ironing board, I noticed that a piece of black cord had been woven into the fabric (just above the pocket) - it was an inconspicuous detail. The spot is very visible. It took me a while to find something else for the party so I contacted the seller explaining the situation and asking for a reduction in price. I sent them a picture of the problem - a black cord - and they refunded me the price I initially paid. NONE OF MY EMAILS WERE REPLYED TO. In the end, I decided to remove the thread from the dress and use it as a cover up. You can see in the picture that the outcome was exactly as I had hoped There was a hole left between the cord and the material where it was woven. However, the hole remains visible despite my attempts to patch it. It has now become quite expensive for me to dress my house. The company could have at least responded to my complaint, and I wouldn't be so upset about their lack of response, but their lack of any response at all made It would have been a perfect dress for me, but their poor customer service made that a non-event. I wouldn't have been so disappointed if the dress was solid orange or if the black were less obvious (although black is a pretty obvious spot just about anywhere on a dress), or if they would even have responded to me.
