I'm a 14-year-old girl who wears a size 14 dress In shirts, I usually go for a size L or XL. I ordered an XL coat, which is only slightly too big for me. It looks great with a chunky sweater. The letter L was a tad too small. I hope this information is useful.
This should be no different if you normally wear a small coat size. I usually wear a large in coats, and this one came in a large. It's fine if I put on a thick sweater over it.
It runs a little big, and the back tailoring isn't enough to make up for it.
Although it runs slightly large, I purchased my usual medium size. had the buttons been pushed.

This coat has made me very happy. I almost went down a size, but with a sweater on, it will fit perfectly in the shoulders and sleeves. I'm cold- I'm going to keep the Large because it's more natural. I'm 5 ft 0 inches tall, 155 pounds, and have a pear-shaped face. With a long torso and short legs, it's an hourglass figure. My hips were the first to be affected. The stitching is of exceptional quality, and the fabric is thick. The scarf is thin but has a nice neutral color (blue and taupe, but the blue is almost grey) and was attached to the back of the collar with a T-shaped plastic price tag thing (you know, the ones made of fishing line). Cutting it off was simple. The only problem is that I wish it had a waist belt because it doesn't nip in close enough and hides my figure. But I suppose it won't matter too much if I wear a sweater underneath. There are only two pockets (one on the front and one on the back), both of which are quite deep. They can hold half of my forearm, as well as my phone, keys, gloves, and hat. This is extremely well-written. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat because of how well it was made. In person, the color is more vibrant than it appears in stock photos. I believe I ordered the heathered grey, which is a light taupe (more of a light brown with no black). For a blonde, this is an excellent color. Brown boots and a brown purse complement this outfit nicely. Because there is no hood, I'll have to find a good hat to go with it. This coat appears to be dry clean only, and the scarf is hand washable and should be dried flat. This is a good investment piece because it is extremely durable. This was a great deal at $26 during the summer, and the quality was better than I expected. This trench coat appears to be more durable than my London Fog trench coat. I bought it at the mall ten years ago for a hundred dollars.
My ho- Now is the time for you to put on your coat. This coat is perfect for me. I went with a Medium on the spur of the moment, and it's perfect! It's comfortable and well-fitting without being overly so. I'm 5'6" and 145 pounds, to give you an idea. br>br>It's big enough for me to button it up while wearing a sweater underneath. br>br>It's a very stylish coat with a classic silhouette that flatters my figure while also keeping me warm! br>br>I'll warn you that it's a fuzz and hair magnet, so bring a lint roller with you. br>br>The scarf is fine; I don't wear it and it had no bearing on my decision to purchase this coat. br>br>It's not the warmest or heaviest coat I've ever owned, but it's been adequate in 30-degree weather so far. It's 40 degrees in Dallas right now. br>br>I'm thinking about getting a red one! br>This well-made, lovely coat comes highly recommended!.
I'm a medium, and this coat fits me perfectly, especially since I'll be wearing it over sweaters. Sleeves are a little long on me, but that's to be expected. I adore the design- Not too far in either direction, a fashion jacket meets a pea coat. Can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. br>br>I'm deducting a star because the fabric should be more substantial for the price. I tried two other coats in addition to this one, and both had better fabric (warmer) and were better made for the same or less money; however, this one arrived wrinkled due to the lighter weight and apparent lower quality of the fabric. However, I chose this one because I liked the cut the best, and I don't think I'll need this coat to be overly warm for the occasions I'll be wearing it. I don't want to offend anyone, so please accept my apologies. To be fair, I also tried on two other similar coats, both of which were made of a lighter weight fabric and were poorly constructed. So, while this one was in the middle of my stack in terms of quality, it was at the top of the heap in terms of the cut, fit, and style I desired. This coat was described as scratchy by a few reviewers. It suits me fine, but it isn't as soft as the other two contenders I mentioned earlier. br>br>I'm also docking a star because the scarf was not included as advertised. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, and I didn't return it because of it, but I should have gotten what I ordered.
It's a beautiful design that's well-made. I am a petite woman, standing 5'6" and weighing 110 pounds. Even with a large sweater underneath, it fits me well. Because of the double breasted design, the front of the neckline is open, allowing cool air to enter; however, the scarf helps to keep this to a minimum. br>br>The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the material is itchy and rubs on the back of my neck, which drives me crazy. I've decided to sew a piece of fleece onto the collar so that my neck does not come into contact with the jacket. In general, I still like it, even when compared to much more expensive styles and brands.
Although the quality is excellent, I had no expectations. Women's XSbr>Because of my petite build (5'1 103lbs), I am used to drowning in most coats unless I shop in the children's section. I was overjoyed to discover a woman's peacoat that fit perfectly and allowed me to wear a sweater underneath. The quality is excellent, but then again, I expected nothing less from London Fog; it is well worth the money, and the delivery time was faster than I had anticipated.
So I knew where to look for a new coat when I needed one. It's obvious that the product is of high quality. Thick and comforting. Was a little looser than I expected (most small coats fit a little tight around my chest), but that's fine because I usually wear a few layers/sweaters underneath coats when I'm cold, so I won't feel too restricted. I appreciate the extra room around the bust; many size smalls don't have much room around the chest, which makes it difficult if you're a C cup or higher, but this coat had plenty. The scarf is also very appealing to me. The use of color is very effective. It's not excessively thick, but it's thicker than I anticipated, so it'll keep your neck warm without bunching up too much. I like it a lot.
Very warm and well-made! I got the medium in grey and it's roomy enough to wear a heavy sweater or sweatshirt underneath. I'm 5'8" and wear a size 8 most of the time. Excellent value for money and a perfect fit. Although the arm length is adequate, I wish they were a little longer, but sleeve length is always a challenge for me because of my long arms. This is a coat that I would recommend!.
