XL is a perfect fit for me. There are many compliments to give.
If a loose fit is not what you are looking for, size down. My height is 5' 11", weight is 170lbs, my size is 10/11, I have linebacker shoulders, and my cup size is D. Since I wear a large in everything due to my broad shoulders and wide rib cage, I attempted a medium and the fit is great. It's roomy enough for a thin sweater under and still allows me to button it For me, medium fits just like in the photo.
It was obvious in advance that I needed to order a few sizes up, as China is notorious for its small sizes For a company to be considered us-based, it has to be much smaller in size. In the end, I ordered an XXL shirt instead of a large, No baggy feeling when you press a button or a gappy feeling.
There may have been changes to the sizing since previous reviews, but I ordered up as suggested (from a L to an XL) and am practically swimming in it. do not think I would encounter issues closing the buttons until a M, but I was worried about that at first. In terms of tops, I usually wear a M/L, since I need a little more room in the shoulders and chest. The quality is great.
The vest is very cute. It is the perfect length for me. It was a bit tight since I got a large (which is what I normally wear).
That jean jacket is really big! I wasn't prepared for it to be that Having read the reviews I decided to go with my usual top size L. However, I ended up getting a size 22 top instead. The whole thing was completely out of proportion. It is not possible to exchange this for a M, so I am very disappointed. My only choice is to return it, as I now have to pay shipping and wait a month and a half for a new one. This is a pity.
As a result of reviewing other reviews, I ordered a size up and it fits perfectly! A really nice piece. I ordered it to cover in PunK Patches, but it is so gorgeous, I may have to order a second one to keep plain, just to wear with Free People Clothes. This piece is very highly recommended.
Wear it with thigh high boots and a long sleeve simple shirt for a perfectly pulled together look.
