This makes me so very angry. Her mortification when she opened a gift I gave as a present shocked me. I was surprised at first when I picked it up because it was vacuum sealed so much that it was so hard I thought I had received the wrong product. As soon as she opened it, the jacket was so wrinkled it looked nothing like the pictures I saw on the webpage. The fur had an awful appearance, and the jacket was so dirty. . . I was Having been the recipient of the gift, she did not want to hurt my feelings by returning it, but I would not My stomach would turn if I wore this, it looked so bad. I suggest you don't waste your time on this jacket because you will also be returning it.

I have a 40 chest and ordered an XL which is very small, they suggested a large but they didn't want it to be too tight on my body. However, even when it is XL it is still too small and it is My problem now is that I need to return it and am having a hard time doing so. My wife and I have an Amazon order, and Amazon sent us a code for UPS. We took it to any UPS store we could find, and they said they weren't owned by UPS, but they could send it to UPS. Hopefully Amazon can change the way things work for me. As of now, I haven't heard from Amazon. I have written 4 times and received no response. There was a four-day gap between those events. Your money will not be wasted!.

Our daughter selected this choice, so fashion was at the top of her list, so we were wary of choosing it until I looked at the description and saw it was for winter, so we decided to go ahead As a first step, we chose a black one, but somehow always got a tan one. It wasn't a big deal to her and she decided to continue with it anyway. I noticed that the coat did not come with a hood as soon as I used it a few times. Had I known this (earlier) it would have been a deal breaker for me and I would have walked away immediately Having me send it back was not acceptable. I would assume that something with a zippered hood would be packaged with it and NOT.

There were terrible wrinkles on this because it was vacuum-sealed. Ultimately, I had to return it because it had wrinkles that I couldn't remove. In the dryer, I aired it for days, I ironed it with a cloth underneath, I steamed it, I fluffed it, I did everything I could to get it to look good. Although I was eager to keep this jacket, there was no way to get the wrinkles out of it. This made it look sloppy and cheap to me due to the wrinkles. However, I think it is a very stylish and cute My size was true and the fur was super cute, and the gold touches added an extra touch to the outfit. However, the wrinkles were too much for me.

You may find this jacket cute because of the gold zippers, but do not buy it if you want to stay This is nothing more than a fancy vintage windbreaker for very light winds. Adding just 20 dollars more to the price of this item would be far preferable to getting an actual jacket made from 90% down that actually keeps.

This is a cute outfit. The purchase of this item was a whim, but I'm glad I did so. I have a lot of compliments to offer. A fantastic fall jacket, I love the color and how cute it looks with jeans and boots! Is lightweight, but seems warm at the same time. You'll be able to go back and forth from inside to outside at a comfortable temperature in the winter as well.
