Not in the least. These are ideal for someone like me who has a high arch. On the top of my foot, they aren't at all tight.
They're navy and oh-so-comfy!
With a gentle tug, I was able to remove the inserts (which were only slighly stuck on), and then I was able to insert my orthotic. I also cut the laces out and replaced them with my own so that I could tie them to my liking, as they were a little too wide.
Yes, to some extent. Because I have thick feet, I tried both the regular and wide fit. Of course, the wide gives you more room in your toes, and I think it's a little boxy; The toe is equidistant from the rest of the foot. My toes aren't as squished in the wide as they were before.

They're small and light, making them ideal for travel. They even included a complimentary pair of invisible socks.
SO COZY! I'm a teacher, and I'm also 6 months pregnant, so I needed something to wear on a daily basis (long days!). ) that isn't going to kill my toes I've worn Sperrys before, and while they're nice, they're not nearly as comfortable as these. The inside of my Sperry's feels flat and my feet end up aching by the end of the day, but the lining in these is really soft and provides good support. I bought these when they were still in style with the tying laces and was pleased with the quality and comfort. The non-verbal communication is appealing to me. Even better is the tie style! br>Over the last few years, I've had several pairs of these, and they've held up exceptionally well. I can toss them in the washing machine in a laundry bag and they'll come out looking brand new and in the same shape. (However, I do not advise drying them in the dryer. ) )br>My only wish is that they came in a wider range of colors!.
If I'd been able to tighten the laces, these would have been fantastic. All of the shoes in this style have their laces tucked in the photos. These looked similar to those, but they were fixed and not adjustable. As a result, I couldn't tighten them to the point where they wouldn't slip on my heel. Otherwise, they're great shoes; I just needed to tighten them up a little. I had to send them back because they didn't fit properly.
Although the shoe is slightly smaller than a standard fit, it is still quite comfortable. My toes rub up against the shoe's tip, but the material is slightly stretchy, so it doesn't bother my feet. After we've walked around in them for a while, we'll see how they fit and feel.
I bought these in size 7 and they are perfect. I would have ordered six if they had half sizes. 5 (I wear a 6 in shoes). They would have been far too small (at least 5 wide). As a result, I recommend that you take a look around. I was able to size up by half a size, so sizing up a whole size shouldn't be too difficult for those of you who measure in whole shoe sizes. The fabric has a lot of stretch, but not to the point of being unsupportive. For my wide feet, this shoe is ideal. It's a joy to walk around in these. They're thin and well cushioned. I strongly advise you to purchase a pair.
These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I had originally purchased a 5. I usually wear a size 5, but with some no-show socks, it was too tight, so I had to go up to a size 6 to keep my feet from feeling suffocated. Even with socks, the 6 feels a little tight around the top of my foot after a long day, but not enough for me to go up to a 6. At 6 inches, the heel size is ideal. These shoes are fantastic! However, I wish the Sketchers logo was not so large and prominent, as I prefer less brand logo visibility. The gray goes with everything, but it's a pain to wash when they get stained, which happens frequently when I walk in the rain in New York City. Yuck.
These are a pair of shoes that are both comfortable and durable. I didn't break them in before wearing them for a 10-day trip through Europe, and they did not disappoint. I walk with a heavy heel, which causes pain in my heels and knees. With the exception of the day I walked more than five miles, I had no pain in these shoes. While the shoes are comfortable, if you plan on walking more than five miles per day, you should invest in a more durable pair. I don't believe these shoes were designed for that purpose. It was my husband's fault that I ended up on a muddy, steep hike in them. These are obviously not hiking shoes. However, they performed admirably during my city walking. The soles are extremely grippy on wet cement and tile, and they go with a variety of outfits and pack down small enough to fit in my suitcase.
This is still one of my favorites!br>Updatebr> They've stayed in place for a long time. The white soul wipes clean easily, as does the grey fabric. They appear to be in perfect condition. These are fantastic! br>Original reviewbr>I used Prime's wardrobe service to try on four pairs of shoes, ranging from the classic boat shoe to the sleek sneaker. I needed a sneaker for the kids, but I really wanted a boat shoe because they go with so many different bottoms (in my opinion), and voila, this looks like a boat shoe but has the bouncy cushier feel of a great sneaker. It's snug, but not too much so. I don't have to worry about them falling off if I have to chase a toddler across a field and up a slide, and I'm not stuck in a sneaker (which I only wear for runs or hikes). I'm very happy. I'm not keen on removing them.
