These look great with lace up ankle braces, but can they be worn with them as well?

If you have a mid-foot fracture, an ankle brace will work You need volleyball shoes of a certain size. If the brace is thick enough, it will be able to bear the weight. A thicker brace padding may lead to increased pressure around the ankle area because heavy padding can make it harder to walk. There is even the possibility that the shoe will be damaged. I appreciated it!

What size is it? Is it a UK size or a US ?

There is a US size and it fits perfectly, not too narrow or too wide, just what I expected.

What's the difference between these and ankle braces in terms of supporting your ankles?

Volleyball shoes such as the Lightning Z6 mid are designed to offer ankle support. It is still possible to wear ankle braces for added support, but it is unlikely to be a necessity. I appreciated it!

You can't go wrong with these As a widefoot, Mizuno shoes are the only ones I can wear

I love them so much that I will always buy this brand of shoes. I have found that most volleyball shoe brands run small, but these are the only ones I've found that are close to my actual size. My only complaint is that in just two weeks they turned brown. This is to be expected from any white shoes, especially if you play daily for extended periods.

Sneakers stained with a sticky substance

I was very disappointed to receive "new sneakers" with a very visible stain on the heel of one of them. It was an emergency and we couldn't return, due to my daughter's immediate need for these. A very disappointing experience.
