If you have narrow feet, six is not that much more spacious than a 7, but 7 if you have wide feet is a bit bigger. The choice would probably be 5 if you wear sport socks or ankle braces, but 7 is probably ideal if you have normal feet

It has been suggested that these are men's sizing, and now I think they are. The thing. The clothes that I normally wear are a women's 11 to 12 It would be perfect if I had a 5. But I ordered an 11 since I would rather have my toe right at the end of the shoe than have it way too It was a great day for 11s. The item was easily over a full size too big and wide. It was returned. If you size down, find a different shoe to wear. Though they look great, the quality is questionable.
Normally, I love adidas shoes for sports, but I didn't feel like this shoe provided enough lockdown. In addition, the laces do not extend far enough toward the toe, causing the toes to slide left to right during lateral movements due to the excess room inside the toe box. Also, the heel locks up when walking (your heel slides upwards as you walk), but if you tie the laces extra tight, then the laces rub against your foot as they sit too tight (and after a while you feel like the laces are digging into I don't know if it's just my foot shape, but if you're not concerned about not getting a lockdown, then this would be a great A fantastic cushion system, excellent ankle support (stability), and excellent traction are all from this pair. Having my feet slide around inside my shoes made it impossible for me to play volleyball. I had to return because I couldn't get lockdown.
It's not like I play volleyball (I know I'm a poser) but I was looking for some white tennies with gum soles and these were SO cute and can't compete with the price. I just wear them walking my dogs around my neighborhood and they feel great. As well as this feature that I wasn't looking for, there is like a higher part in the back to support your ankle, which was very important to me since I twist my ankles a lot.
A great pair of volleyball shoes. These shoes are super comfortable and provide a lot of support on the court. They make my daughter feel great on the court. I have never heard a complaint. They're not too narrow, as many volleyball shoes are. far as sizing issues go, other reviews have mentioned this issue, but I never had this difficulty. I ordered shoes for my daughter who wears a women's 11, and they were exactly the same size as the old ones (the same model) we replaced. And at a great price as well. I can't think of anything wrong with this.
There are few things I dislike about these shoes. The only concern is the lack of cushion near the balls of your feet, but besides that, traction, lockdown, comfort, and design are superb. If you play for 3+ hours then you may begin to feel some foot discomfort. Setters and liberos/defensive specialists would definitely benefit from this shoe for the speed and stability, but for hitting it's simply mediocre and if you jump a lot, be careful with your landing because that's what prevented a full 5 star rating.
These are great to play indoor vball with due to their excellent fit and grip. This is what she decided between this and all of the Nike Vball shoes that other girls were wearing this season, and she liked this pair much better. We were impressed with the speed at which the order arrived.
