You don't need to buy this shoe if you don't have a high arch. Light as a feather, and fantastic arch support. The arch support felt odd at first because I haven't had that kind of arch support in a long time, but then I realized it's an amazing.

I wear a quality made athletic shoe with aggressive arch support. In athletic shoes, the 5 is the best, and the 9 is the worst. There was a problem with size 5 in this shoe. It was a little too small in the toe box and short (I think this model runs narrow). It was just right to use 10. A very well-made shoe, the shoe is light weight, provides plenty of arch support, and is both cushioned and firm at the same time. So with that said, let me conclude. . . My foot is very tender and this is not due to the shoes' construction. I have good foot health when I walk, but I experience some ache after I take my daily 2-hour pill The walk will be three miles long. I have a higher arch than the average, but I do not think the arch support will be too aggravating on my feet. There is a possibility that they are still breaking in even though I have only owned them for about one month. Due to my long, slender, and bony feet, I often find it difficult to find shoes that fit well and feel good. As for reasons why I chose running shoes over walking shoes, I was looking for a shoe that would be more cushioned. believe that most serious runners would be attracted to these shoes for the lightness, comfort, and support they provide.

It's one of those things I would give a zero score to if I In the last year, I had a decent experience with Brooks. So after that, I decided to try something new. A medium arched foot and a pronated foot describe me. During my run I felt severe ankle and toe pain from these shoes. A week later, I was still feeling it. Having that problem with my brooks adrenaline gts was never an issue. to Brooks and went back to his place. Sorry to hear that.

The first couple of days have been fine. My running style is mostly trail running (and a little bit of road too). These are the only ones I use for long runs on roads. The toe box on the shoe is a bit narrow even though I have narrow feet.

It's my second time buying the same pair for the same reason I did not want to have to go into a store to try them I have found this website more expensive than Nike in stores. The shoes are comfortable for walking and well suited to walking. There are two issues I have with these shoes - the bottom of the rubber bottom wrinkles quickly after the first few wears, and the inside of the heels tears and wears down quickly. But, overall, I use them a lot in the heat, and they are lightweight and sturdy. My old ones next to my brand new pair are shown in the photo.
