As far as arch support goes, this shoe has a very light amount.
Unlike the other shoes, this one does not have a black sole. I have it in both navy and white. The navy part is under the toes, and the arch areas do not make scuff marks on the floor.

Several reviews helped me make a decision to buy these shoes. My normal shoe size is an 8, 8 1/2 in Nike, so I chose to get an 8 1/2 in this shoe to have wiggle room in case my feet swell during an intense It isn't possible to wriggle out of this. I find the shoe to be very narrow and does not have much cushion or arch support. I like the color of them, but I don't think I will be wearing them for long distance running or long workouts. I was disappointed as I have always enjoyed Brooks shoes.
Fitted and comfortable, this shoe has a good feel to it. As a replacement for the discontinued Pure Cadence, which I had been wearing for years, I purchased the new ones. There is something about the outside material, some sort of knit nylon, that I dislike. These shoes aren't holding up for me as I often kick the toe or heel of one foot against the heel of the other when I walk/run. When I wore it for the third time, the outside material tore. The hole in my pants has grown bigger and bigger after wearing them for the past ten times.
Ravannas is my favorite game. I've played 4 of them so far My running mileage has been about 30 miles a month since 2012. I've had 5 pairs since 2012. Very lightweight, very comfortable, and they provide excellent support with a wide base, preventing your foot from slipping if you don't stay straight. Running is made more stable by the use of this product. I love the color of this shirt There is a blue grey color to it. I found the fit perfect and the cushion to be very comfortable.
I bought these shoes for shin splints and overpronation while walking, and they worked great for me. The shoes were recommended to me by my physical therapist. So far, they've been able to reduce my pain, and I'm feeling more comfortable walking in them.
As far as I'm concerned, I've worn Ravennas since the model 2 or 3. They've always fit correctly, and I've always been able to put them on immediately There must have been something different in the design of the new shoes that caused blisters during the first few My use of Brooks for running and walking ended at that point, and I'm now looking for an alternative brand of running shoes after being a fan for years.
The Ravennas I'm wearing now are probably my fifth or sixth pair over the past I have tried a lot of different brands and models of stability shoes, and they're very comfortable. The gyms being closed has led to a lot of running Between 60 and 70 years old A 70 mile week is a reasonable amount. Shoes like these are great for putting a lot into your workout!.
Brooks is a brand I used to wear, but not lately. In this case, I was weary of buying without trying on first. I'm a "touch-and-feel" kind of person The feel-good factor Please try to This type of shopper always has their credit card at the ready. I was fortunate not to be Shoes that will feel like running shoes.
But after reading on the Brooks website that I should size up, I purchased My feet fit perfect in size 5. I'm excited to go to the gym since I'll be confident that my feet are Being able to run in actual real running shoes is such a game changer! I highly recommend this book!.
