I have a high arch insole I get from the doctor, but I also wear my own arch support.

Does the screen size on these devices seem a bit narrower than on Ghost ?

I think that's the case. There used to be quite a bit of space on the Ghost.

Can you tell me how the fit of the ghost 14 compares with the Ghost 13 in size 10? Would it be wise to order the same size I wear in my 13s?

In size 7, I received a size 7 in Ghost 13 and I received a size 7 in Ghost 14, and the two sizes

How can I tell if the ghost shoe will fit my 1/2" insert?

It is likely. Between the footbed and the ankle, there is quite a bit of space.

Although I love the Ghost, the 14 does not have the same feel

It was only last year that I discovered Brooks. The following information about me describes me I am 49 years old, I wear size 7 shoes. A shoe that fits comfortably is still comfortable if you have average foot issues. I have a size 5, average width, and medium arch. As a walker, I do not wish to be a runner in the future, but rather, I need a comfortable shoe for hiking, going to the gym, and visiting theme parks. If I need a comfortable shoe for the whole day, this is the shoe for me. In 2014, I bought the Ghost 12 and Adrenaline 20, and enjoyed both of them, particularly the Ghost 12's. As soon as I bought the Ghost 12, I bought another pair and then I bought the Ghost 13 and was also pleased with it. So, when Brooks released the Ghost 14 this year, I thought that I would be able to grab that one as well. The black/pink/yucca Ghost 14 surpassed my expectations as I expected to love it as much as I loved the 12 and 13 The answer is 13 but no. There is nothing new in this version - it is just different My toe box is narrow (and I don't have wide feet) and it does not feel cushioned as much as the one on the other shoe. Strangely, the shoe appears to be longer, and I also do not care for the shorter, flat laces that were added to this model this season. The 12 & 13 were such a huge departure from the previous year In response to the email of 13th, I packaged it up straight away There was so much disappointment for me! Is Brooks the right choice for you? What do you stand to gain by changing something that works? The next version of the Ghost should be a lot better, so I hope Brooks will not have to keep it this way.

Box tied at the top

As a result of waiting all throughout Covid to purchase a pair of new Brooks , I was surprised at how narrow the toe box has been compared to the As a person who wears orthotics in her Brooks, I will say that this is the first time I feel the shoes are more cramped compared to her prior pair -- The shoes are in their 7th edition and still provide great cushioning and neutrality. I did not have a problem with the laces being flat as had been described by other reviewers.

It's been a while since I purchased As a beginner, I started with Ghost 10's and the following year upgraded to 13's and just recently bought this pair of 14's

Those are the best shoes I've ever owned! The shoes provide a great deal of arch support, are very comfortable, and have a very durable sole. My big toe always eventually breaks through the mesh with an unsightly hole. If the mesh tops had reinforcement under the toes I would think twice about purchasing them! What's the problem with putting a little reinforcement at the toe? I hate that about this shoe, and that's all I have to say about it. The size I usually wear is 9 and sometimes I wear a This style runs a size 5 in sandals, but a 10 will fit perfectly.

These are comfortable enough to wear all day

Due to the demands of my new cashier job, I am required to stand for up to 10 hours a day sometimes, and my old jogging shoes and converse are harming my feet and posture to such an extent that I started getting bruises under my toenails. Getting new shoes was on my to-do list, and I came across these as a recommendation for nurses who may have to walk/stand for even longer periods of time. I started wearing these to work a few times, and my ankles and back no longer felt like they were going to give out at the end of the day, not to mention my toenail no longer hurt due to adequate room for it. The price was more than worth it.
