My work days are often ten hours long. It has been a while since I purchased I have had my 00 Ariat paddock boots for a long time, but as you increase the price of them, they wear out faster and faster until the last pair lasted 3 months before I had to wear sand in the soles. When I tried the Horze brand, I thought, I love their breeches, I might as well try their boots as well. The 50 I purchased is a new one. I have an 00 pair, and although they are smaller because they are Ariat-style shoes, I should have gone at least a half-size bigger because Neither corns nor plantar fasciitis bother me anymore and they are just now beginning to wear out after three months. I appreciated the comfort and affordability of these shoes, as well as the fact that they lasted longer than Ariat. These are definitely going back on my shopping list.
These are great for the price. I don't feel like I need to break them in. The boots do have a bit of shine to them, but when you go through boots like I do, that's not so bad. However, they don't provide much arch support, which means you would have to use an insert if you wanted a little.
The material was really cheap, the fit was good and the comfort was actually good. However, after around a month they started to smell extremely bad, even my closet, my car started smelling of them. Having to throw them away was not an option. They play a crucial role in this due to the fact that they are synthetic. I had to buy authentic leather Ariats from them and they are fine.

These shoes were bought to wear while riding a horse. The stirrups on which my foot will sit were too short for my foot, so I bought one with short heels. I found it to work.
