My height and weight are 5'7" and 170 pounds, respectively. I went with the XL size. br>br>After several hours of wearing these pants, I've decided they're good for exercising or maybe cleaning, but not for lounging around the house in a comfy pair of leggings. br>What I like about it:br>The content. It's a breeze to walk or run on them because they're smooth but soft. The thighs don't rub together as much as they do in most yoga pants. Because the fabric is too cottony, they tend to pill over time. This is why these pants were designed in the first place. They're also breathable, keeping sweaty areas cool and dry. They're an excellent match. br> When I took them out of the bag, they appeared to be a little small, but they slid on easily and felt great against my skin. br>The pockets, the pockets, the pockets! The pockets, oh my gosh, they're incredible! They have plenty of room for my iPhone X plus, but they don't slide out when I stand up or move around. The pockets are what really make these pants stand out. br>The amount of time. For me, many pants these days are just a smidgeon too short to be a good fit for my legs. These pants have a couple of inches of movement in both directions. I could see these with shorter legs and maybe an inch or two longer legs, with no discernible difference. br>br>What I don't like: they're too tight in the waist for me personally to be completely comfortable. Sure, I need to lose weight, but I'm on the hunt for a pair of yoga pants right now. POCKETS are included in this material. that will keep you comfortable for at least an hour or two The crotch does not stay in place. The crotch begins to gravitate downwards as you walk around. To keep them snug and in place, I have to adjust, pull them up. br>br>I like these pants and will wear them for exercise, but I'm not sure I'll buy another pair because they're a little too tight for me. I would recommend them to anyone with a smaller waist than mine. If one is available, I'll try a larger size.
( ) The humiliating truth about a holiday season food binge, and the magic of what these leggings can do for a body that isn't perfect!br>I wore these in black to my own birthday dinner! a large gathering of people They're matte enough that I felt completely at ease wearing them with suede booties, even with stitching. an item of clothing They gave me a wonderful feeling! & as if a significant portion of the 15 pounds gained due to holiday sins had vanished! With a little lift, they even turned the clock back ten years on my 52-year-old butt! This black is a combination of several colors. I'm especially fond of the white pair right now because a sanitary pad, even if it's a long one, is hidden by the pattern. In addition, these aren't sheer. The stitching is exquisite, as are the pockets. The pockets, oh my goodness, they're fantastic! Phone is easy to hold. such. There's even a cardigan with a small waist. size of money When you're also trying to climb the attic ladder with coffee, the side pocket can even hold a monster water bottle. sizing in reviews, order a SIZE DOWN than you think is real! My heart sank when I first opened them and saw how narrow the waistbands were. I figured there was no way they'd fit or that I wouldn't be miserable in them. Not true! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable that I sleep in them. They're wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I saved $14 with tax on each item I chose thanks to a lightning deal, but I'd gladly pay full price for more. If you're pregnant, I don't think it's a good idea unless you're going normal or 1 up. Then they'd be a little looser, but still a very comfortable option. still for the future! Yes, indeed, baby! br>The closest thing I have to a negative, which isn't really a negative if you're super long-legged, is that I'm short but I'm 2/3rds legs, so I have to wrestle with inseam vs waist and other weird stuff all the time. During a bathroom break, I noticed that I'd have to adjust from knees to ankles every now and then because they'd wrinkle behind my knees. You'll be wearing real pants, not capris, if you're a super leggy girl! If your legs are very short, you may want to hem them, roll them with some minor bunching, or switch to a different type. I, for one, haven't been this excited about a pair of pants in 20 years. That was before I was disabled and still had a nice figure, so I'll be buying more of these! These pants would be just as sweet a treat if I still had that body, highlighting all the lovely curves. So, GIRLS, GO FOR IT! These Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants leggings ARE Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants!.
ascension to new heights wasted. They didn't move at all while I did a fairly active workout. They have two larger pockets on the thighs that are the perfect size for my iphone that I use for music, and the top doesn't roll down when you're doing squats or other exercises. Because the pockets are tight, my phone felt safe the entire time - jogging is a good example. I didn't use the smaller inner pocket, but it could be used to store a key, earrings, or ID/credit cards. These pants are smooth, soft, and stretchy, but they aren't thin or flimsy in the least. They appear to be well-made and of high quality, in my opinion. I usually wear a 12/14 in pants, am 5'4" tall, and weigh 210 pounds, so I ordered an XL. I prefer to feel supported, so I almost ordered a size large, but I'm glad I didn't because these fit perfectly. Every color is going to be ordered!.
When I looked at the size chart, I wasn't sure which size to get because my waist measurement (25 in) put me in the Small category and my hip measurement (35 in) put me in the Large category, and some reviewers said these were long. Because I am 5'2", I decided to err on the side of caution and order a size Small, which is the size I usually wear in leggings. I usually wear an XS in most of my clothes, but I prefer to size up to a Small in workout leggings for a better fit in the hip area. I think I could have gotten away with an XS in this style of leggings after trying them on. These are a little on the long side for me, but not by much. I'm glad I didn't order a size L based on my hip measurement because the leggings would have been way too big! If you're unsure, go by your waist measurement; if you're petite, you might be able to get away with ordering one size smaller than your waist measurement if you want more compression. I chose the size S because I can wear a second pair of leggings underneath them for cold-weather workouts because they are a little roomy.
