Yes! CrossFit is a great workout for me. I have other, more expensive brands, but these are my favorites, and I purchased every color available.

I ordered a few more colors because they're my favorite workout shorts for a hot and humid day. br>I'm 5'3 160 pounds, with a 35 waist and 41 hips, and I got the size large. They were just right in terms of fit, not too tight or loose. It's not saggy in the slightest. br>I'm a fitness model as well as an instructor. br>I did sprints in these when it was 90 degrees outside, and they're perfect for hot, humid days.
These shorts are perfect for me. They're extremely gentle. The length is ideal; I do interval training and the shorts didn't roll up while doing burpees on the bike. Because I have a bubble, I always have a problem with my shorts being too short once I begin working out. When I'm cycling and jumping, I've been looking for shorts that don't look like booty shorts. The waistband was also flat, which is something else I'd been looking for. Many shorts have something in the middle of the waistband that does not lay flat, but these do. I ended up ordering more in all of my favorite colors.
The following is taken from the description: "A wide waistband is used to achieve a tummy control effect. " No, I don't believe so. The fabric has been cut. They're sewn into a wide waistband, but the actual elastic band inside is only 1/4" wide, which causes them to gouge fat instead of flattening it. In my opinion, it is of poor quality.
These are a nice pair of shorts. They're super soft and come in a rainbow of colors. I normally wear a large in most leggings and bike/yoga shorts, but these are a little too big and ride up between my legs. I bought them with the intention of using them as swim shorts, but I don't think the fabric or size are appropriate. I'm 5'9", 175 pounds, with 42-inch hips and a 33-inch waist, and I ordered a large, which I will return.
Roll up and through. They have a cute pattern (I got the black and white in a large) and they fit well. The disadvantage is that they are a little see-through. When I bend over, they pass through, and when I run, they roll up. To be fair, at 5'9" and 190 pounds, I'm a little curvy. I also carry the majority of my weight in my legs and buttocks, so maybe they're not designed for curvy people like me. I'll keep them to wear around the house or to bed in, but I'm not going to use them for working out.
These were the least expensive but most comfortable pair of shorts I purchased from three different brands. In addition, I adore the pattern and colors. They're thin, like nylon, with a small amount of spandex, but no compression. The pattern and colors would allow them to pass the squat test. They do ride up a little, but nothing that shouldn't be showing shows because they're a little longer. I ordered a black and white pair to see if the results are the same.
This item fits true to size, but the waistband has little elasticity; as you can see, the waistband is about 3-inches wide. It's 4 inches thick, with a band on the very top that has the elasticity of a shoe lace, making it difficult to stretch over thicker parts of my body. The rest of the fabric is stretchy; it's just this thin band at the very top that isn't.
If you want a more snug fit, go smaller. This is fantastic content. Thick and incredibly soft. I ordered the size chart because I'm 5'4" and 145 lbs. and know they'll be great for my HIIT workouts. They fit perfectly but are quite stretchy, so I ordered a Large. I'm thinking about ordering a medium next time for a more snug fit.
