It is a double layered product and I have bought 11 pairs. Solid colors have the same color material on both sides as print ones. Print ones have a white layer on the inside, unlike those with a white layer.
As soon as I received them, the pair had been stretched out. It is pretty useless to have elastic in the house. However, they are cute as well.
The measurements of my XL are as follows They fit almost like a 4", but I would say they are more like a 3". The inseam is 5". It's not so short as to call them conservative, but they're not really long.
