The Vera Bradley Microfiber Zip ID Case and Lanyard is a great addition for those who need quick access to their identification. Carry an ID case if you like Vera Bradley's stylebr>br>The case is well made of quilted microfiber. The stitching is precise, and the case has a pleasing appearance. The ID window's soft, clear plastic fits snugly, and a line drawn floral pattern on the back of the compartment adds a nice finishing touch. This is primarily for the enjoyment of the case's owner, as the ID would obscure the pattern if it were seated in place. br>br>The lanyard is a simple nylon lanyard with a clip that attaches to the case and a key ring at the end of the loop. The key ring is the type that is easier to split apart so that keys can be easily inserted and removed. There's a clip on the case that's easy to attach and detach and appears to be secure. The main compartment is simple. br>br> There isn't a lot of carry space, but there is some extra room. The ID compartment can hold a credit card-sized ID and, if desired, a couple of additional cards can be slid beneath it without difficulty. br>br>The case is more of a casual affair, especially since the loop to hold the case is on the side; it is more for the college student who wants to pack light and needs to carry an ID, or possibly for someone to carry a drivers license and maybe a credit card for a night out on the town. In the main compartment, you could keep cash, change, and possibly a lipstick. This is an excellent ID case. br>br> The production values and styling are superior to those of lesser or no-name brands, as is the case with many designer items, but the price tag is significantly higher. It's well-made and attractive, but you could easily find something with similar functionality for a much lower price. If you like the design/style and can afford a little luxury in your life, this might be of interest to you.

It has the quilted cotton look that is so Vera Bradley. This style comes in a variety of patterns, but I went with Basic Black because it goes with everything. When you take your ID or cards out, you'll still have that cute Vera Bradley look because there's a hint of a pattern peeking through where your ID goes. Vera Bradley is one of my favorite brands because of the high quality of their products and the variety of styles they offer. Inside the change purse, I noticed a patterned fabric, and there's even a window to the patterned fabric in the slide-in license holder portion of the change purse. It has a large clip on which you can clip your face mask so you don't have to lay it down on a dirty surface, which is a very useful feature. The lanyard features a thin strap, which is exactly what I needed. The lanyards with wider straps irritate me. This one, on the other hand, is light and airy, as well as extremely soft and comfortable. I wouldn't call it a good deal - It's more expensive than I usually pay for a product like this, but it's Vera Bradley, and it was a birthday present to myself, so I splurged. It'll be fantastic fun for me! It's deserving of a simple 5-star rating. Definitely a five-star rating! Because of the high quality of both items' construction, I'll be able to use them for many years.
Let's face it, there are times when you simply do not want to carry a wallet. I live in leggings, for example. Although some of my leggings have pockets, they are not all of them. When I just need to run to the store and don't want to carry a purse, I like to clip my keys to the lanyard clip and stuff my cards and cash into the pocket. The lanyard is very soft and can hold quite a bit of weight. I was surprised by how many cards and cash I could fit into the zippered section. I can easily place my ID on top of the clear window for easy access. The zipper is well-made and easy to open and close. It won't wear out or break any time soon, as far as you can tell. The fabric has a thick, high-quality feel to it. In an office setting, I could easily see this being given as a gift. It is both attractive and functional. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to others.
