I'm not sure what the magnet is for. I had one years ago, it did not have a magnet, but it worked well. Even if the base were removable, why would you want to take it off?

There is a magnet on the bottom of the glass holder. Here are a few I've attached. It's better to use the attached version, but they both function equally well.

I am unable to use the magnets because of my pacemaker. Does this mean they can be removed?

This eyeglass holder is embedded with magnets both on the bottom and on the top. My impression is that they are not very strong, and the holder sitting on a table would probably not be a problem for you. As such, I really like these eyeglass holders. The ones I have around my house are quite handy.

I bought this eyeglass holder for myself and am very pleased with Despite being so soft inside, it is so hard to get out. The nightstand on my nightstand of my bed tends to get knocked off by accident when I have my glasses on. I haven't had an issue with it since I bought this holder. I bought them as gifts because I love them so much. In addition to this color, I also bought The event was a success for The man even asked me to buy his glasses a black case when he needed them. It was a huge surprise to me since he never requested anything from me before. Despite the strong magnetic pull, the hold continues to hold. The product is great.

is a large variety of colors/designs to choose from. All of them were in excellent condition when they arrived. The fact that the body is separate from the base is also appealing to me. Their magnetic attachment allows them to attach easily. It allows for a wider variety of applications.

Definitely one of the best eyeglass holders you'll find. Inside, the bag is well made and has a smooth liner for lasting comfort. In terms of color and coating, it is made of a nice color and can be easily cleaned from dust or This product's magnetic attachment to the base and eyeglass holder is very strong, so it does not come apart. However, it's not good enough.

This eyeglass holder I got for her is similar to the one I got for myself, and she loves it. The Van Gogh painting is gorgeous, and the reproduction on this product is great. I might buy another pair for her bedroom and living room, since I noticed she was carrying them around from room to room, and while that is not against the rule, the holders are.

It is the perfect way to store my glasses on my bedside table and is just what I was looking for. As well as being very decorative, it is functional and will protect my glasses completely. A great glass holder for nightstands

This is the second one I have bought. I like to use these on the nightstand to keep my glasses from falling on the floor. Keeps my cats from knocking them over and allows me to easily find my glasses. When I travel, I always keep one in my suitcase. Therefore, I bought a second one to keep in my suitcase. Excellent product. I love it.
