Is there a way to tell cashmere from acrylic? Has anyone received this before? Could you tell me how to proceed?

I even burned a piece of tassel to verify that it is in fact Cashmere, if not wool. Someone else said that it was acrylic, but I know for a fact it isn't. There is a strong smell of wool when it burns. It has been many years since I bought them. Besides being soft and warm, they are also very cozy.

Can you answer whether it measures 28 x 80 or 24 x 80? According to the title, the larger is featured, but in the description it is stated that it is ?

27 is the measurement of mine. It seems they couldn't quite pull off their 28X80 claim 5 inches wide by 80 inches long from edge to edge, not quite as they anticipated!

is "100% Cashmere Made in Scotland", and while I'm pretty certain the scarves are made of 100% cashmere fibers, I'm not sure if the scarves actually are 100% cashmere.

Cashmere is not the same as wool. It's got to be credited to them. Despite its softness, it is not rigid. A cashmere tag was glued on and a viscose tag made in China was also attached to it. Why would someone glue glue to.

This feels like synthetic material because it is not just wool or cashmere, it is a synthetic material. It is shameful that these people are in this position. The information I have been given about their product is untrue and I wish for SUCH A SCARF IS A CERTAIN FIRE HAZARD. Are you still not convinced? In fact, if you get a fleck of a flame from a camping fire or lighter or match, it would ignite IMMEDIATELY and burn a hole in.

The scarves you were selling were the same as the ones we bought from the corner store across from St. Giles Chapel in Edinburgh. Our time was running out and we did not have time to make a purchase at the chapel. My disappointment was so great, but your products helped make it all right. Even though I have terminal cancer, I was able to go to Scotland and wanted to bring home gifts, but I had no luck. that I have the goods, I feel much more assured!.

Although soft and pretty enough, this is not at all close to what she has! A scarf made out of 100% cashmere would feel and look like this. The edges of the scarf are unfinished, and it is very unlikely that this was Made in Scotland. A regulation must be put in place by Amazon to protect its sellers from such claims.

My item did not look like the one in the picture. Thanks for sending me OS Nova Tartan, the item arrived in good condition and is very soft. It was, however, darker, almost like a latte in color. Rather than a wrap or cape, it was not a cape or wrap. An item of clothing can be seen on the photo. I received a large scarf in the mail. It also has a 100% cashmire tag, but not sure if it's genuine.

A genuine cashmere scarf of this size actually made in Scotland would retail for a price I couldn't afford. I shall nevertheless. As for the wrap, which is similar to a pashmina, I love it because of its size and comfort With a beautiful long drape, this top fits beautifully around the shoulders. Unlike the usual pashmina, it has some weight to it. It is warm and comfortable to wear as well.
