Running outdoors long distances is what motivated me to buy this mask. In the past, I have had two difficulties with using other masks As a result of the glasses fogging up and the mask becoming saturated with condensation, there is no way to breathe. For the last two years I have tried a variety of different cloth masks as well as paper surgical masks to deal with these issues. In weather >40 degrees, all other masks became too wet to breathe through in no more than two hours. It is about three miles away. Both of my problems have been solved by this mask. A firm nosepiece keeps glasses from fogging up, and the material is designed to wick moisture from the face rather than absorb it, so even though the inside of the mask gets wet, it still This mask is exactly what I was looking for. That's the sort of thing I needed, and I would certainly recommend it to others who run long distances.
My favorite part of this mask is its overall fit. It keeps me from breathing in while the fabric stays away from my mouth and nose. An adjustable ear strap makes the headphones comfortable to wear. A piece of metal has been sewn in above the nose so you can pinch it to create the right There are no problems with washing it. Although the liner is horrible, it's worth buying. The liner doesn't stay in place well because there is not enough fabric on both sides. You can simply pull the liner out of the mask if you take it off at all. How to put in the liner has been demonstrated in videos. This is the right way to do it I have never used it because I find it difficult to keep in place. Tossing it in the trash is all I do. It works just fine even without a liner, and it takes care of its job.
Unfortunately, I cannot give this mask five stars this time around. I have it in navy blue, and I like the fit and protection it provides. Unfortunately, the color I received this time was the wrong shade. What a pain! I'm not happy about it at all. The color I ordered was Haze, which was supposed to be lavender, but I received mint green instead. Although I'm not a huge fan of mint green, I'm keeping it anyway and will try ordering Haze later on.
The masks my son wears during sports are designed to protect his eyes and face. A majority of masks don't stay in place or do an insufficient job of wicking moisture away. I bought more of these because these are the only masks we have found that allow him to play for long periods of time without being restricted in their breathing. A cotton mask would be much softer, but this mask is made of a softer fabric. Flexible, bendable nose piece provides a great fit for glasses - it keeps fog at bay. Wear them to get them for free. Furthermore, it also comes with filters that can be attached to the inside to offer extra protection.
One of the best masks I've bought so far. I love the cloth and the way the inserts work however, the way they work makes it easy for them to fall out, but the nose wire is really strong and keeps my glasses fog-free.
My reason for ordering this was that I enjoyed a previous OR mask I had received as a gift. We were nowhere near the mark with this particular one - I thought it looked a lot like some kind of cheap knockoff It is off, not worthy of the OR standard. When the glass clip was tight, the filter would not stay in place, and the glasses would fog up. Even when the ear bands were adjusted, the headset did not stay in place well. I'll modify it as best as I can.
