There is a gap between my forehead and the front of the brim of my hat of a few inches. Coiled visors are one of my favorite features. Although the coil on this visor is thinner than that on my other visors, it is still noticeable.

As much as I like this visor, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to order the other one. As an outdoorsman, I like coil visors and use them all the time in the winter and summer for activities like walking, gardening, golf, and My hats keep the sun, rain, and snow off my face no matter what the weather may be. My wife and I both think this pattern is attractive, and I would definitely place another order from this company. The ones I have gotten have a finished border and I like them as they are. I would have graded this one a 5 star if it had.
My two major concerns are addressed nicely in this proposal I love its lightweight design and it doesn't get hot on my head. I also like the fact that it doesn't fit too tight. My needs are met by this product. Walking is what I do with it. It keeps the sun off my face while riding my bike. When I wear it under my helmet, the mesh covers my face without blocking my vision.
Because I sometimes worry that the coiled strap will come out when I shift it on my head, I didn't rate this product 5 stars. You should also. On both sides, the openings through which the strap passes are not in the same spot.
As the weather in South Texas is extremely hot, these shield my hair from the sun and block the lens from my eyes!.
It looks great and is very comfy, but it slips off the top of my head very easily on my head because of the small head and my hair. I'm wearing a head bandana to keep it from sliding off since there is no inner head band.
The visor fits well and is adjustable, good quality, not too flimsy, stays on as long as the wind isn't too strong and keeps the sun off my face in the pool without hurting my head as much as.
