I have a small head (6 7/8) and it fits perfectly; in fact, I had my husband try it on just to make sure. It was a tight fit, but he said it was very comfortable. 7 3/8 is his shoe size. I believe it would be suitable for a man wearing a Small or Medium hat size.
Yes, it wraps around your head from ear to ear. If "whole head" is what you mean, it doesn't cover the top of your head like a hat or cap.
Yes, these headbands can be worn with earbuds. I prefer it because it keeps the earbuds in my ears and eliminates the need for constant fiddling. In the event that it rains, these headbands will keep your earbuds dry.

There is no air coming in, and it is covering a portion of my face. I just add a wide headband under it for a second layer over my ears if I want it to be warmer. It's just the right thickness to fit under a helmet.
It was well worth it! I paid $8 for this item. 99 cents seemed like a good deal to me. When I received the product, I thought it was a great deal because I was replacing one that didn't fully cover my ears or stay on while hiking. This PRODUCT, on the other hand, IS EFFECTIVE! This product will solve your problem if you have thick hair or if this type of ear warmer fails to warm your ear. Not to mention the vibrant hues. Love it!.
The bright colors are fantastic, and the fit is adequate but not exceptional. It isn't as stretchy as some athletic fabrics, so it doesn't provide the snug headband feel around my ears that completely blocks the wind. On the inside, it's fleece lined, which is warm at first but gets damp with sweat and can be chilly when the wind blows through. In this same look, I'd prefer just a spandex/stretchy band to keep my ears warm, but that could be my fault for not shopping carefully enough. Even so, it accomplishes the task.
I like to keep running throughout the winter, and I have these chunky airpod knockoffs that make any other headband difficult to wear without gaps. For that, this was the ideal band! It's big enough to cover more than just my ears and does a great job of blocking the wind and cold. Because it's not too hot, I don't sweat under it like I do with other bands. The color is vibrant, and the material appears to be of good quality.
I like how this isn't a winter headband; it has two layers and can be worn in the fall and winter. The color is lovely, and it's well made, in my opinion. It is, however, quite extensive. Covers my forehead to my brows, and I have to adjust it occasionally to keep it from covering my brows (which I despise). However, I have yet to find a headband that keeps the drafts away from my ears without making me sweat.
This skiing under my helmet kept my ears completely warm during a wild snowstorm with a lot of blowing snow and wind. It's so soft and doesn't squeeze (I have a wider head), I wore it to bed in the hotel when the heat wouldn't turn on because it wasn't bulky or in the way. It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. It's the ideal heaf band for covering your ears while running outside in the cold. I was concerned that the fleece would be too thick and warm, but it is light and comfortable. It's also quite adorable!.
