Fleece does not keep its shape

These headbands are lovely and cozy. The fleece lining, unfortunately, is not well secured. My hair was covered in small pieces of fleece when I returned home from a morning walk. The ease with which the pieces along the edge can be pulled out can be seen in the video. I'm in such a bad mood. I'm not sure I want to give these as a gift, and I believe washing them would be a disaster.

They were a perfect fit, and the fleece lining inside protected my forehead from any rubbing of the knit (one of my friends bought one without the fleece lining and got knit burn on her forehead). I also liked that it came with two different colors: cream and black, so it went with everything. The photo was taken at Chena Hot Springs, where it had snowed.

I CAN'T USE THESE BECAUSE THEY SMELL SO BAD

I received these yesterday and could smell them before I opened them. I now realize I should not have opened them and should have simply returned them. They appear to be very soft and comfortable, but just opening the envelope gave me a migraine. I immediately submerged them in hot water with baking soda, white vinegar, and dawn detergent, and had to take them outside because they were stinking up my bathroom. I just went out now to change the water, and they still smell like perfume. I'm hoping to get rid of the odor so that I can give them to my granddaughter for Christmas because I like the product, but oh my goodness I can't give them to her.

I have a large head, and these are extremely comfortable to wear and extremely soft. My 9-year-old daughter was also able to wear them. They're stretchy, but not in the way that a typical headache headband is, and I'll have to get more because my daughter has taken both of them because she loves them so much.

It doesn't cover my ears at all

However, it is extremely adorable. I couldn't understand why the makers couldn't see that the ban should be WIDER where our EARS go, and NARROWER where our FOREHEAD goes. I'm going to keep these because they're so cute. However, I won't be able to use them for the purpose for which I purchased them unless I add some extra muff fabric to cover my ears. Bummer.

It's ideal for keeping my hair back and my ears warm

I go for a walk with the dogs. So this is something I need in the mornings when it's cold. I don't like wearing a knit cap because I have thick hair and don't want it to be ruined for the rest of the day. Ponytails aren't an option for me because my hair is too short. The only disadvantage is that it causes fuzz to accumulate on my clothes. After I wash it once, I'll probably stop. However, it's extremely cute and flattering, and it stays put.
