Wow, what a wealth of information! /s. I use these to reach into ice water on a regular basis. It is frequently the most effective method for removing large ice chunks from our horses' water basins. The waterproof lining keeps my fingers dry, but the outer layers absorb the cold water and chill them. They are, in my opinion, excellent all-around performers. Winter gloves with sufficient water resistance for the job.
No, the small size is not too big. My palm measures seven inches in diameter. The length of the middle finger is 3 inches, and the length of the other fingers is 5 inches. I purchased both small and medium sizes. The Medium was a good fit. When the palm and fingers were stretched out, size small was too small in the thumb area. Putting on and taking off was also difficult due to the tightness of the wrist area. Except for my ring and pinky fingers, which have extra room in the medium, it's almost perfect. I would recommend a medium size. I believe their size chart is in need of some work, as I would be a small in their chart, but the gloves are great and appear to be of high quality. It's warm, but it's also bulky. I'm a 5'8" woman who weighs 150 pounds and has small hands with long fingers. Both my husband and I were able to wear the medium, and I recently purchased another pair in the same size for him. I was looking for this information when I purchased these gloves, so I hope this information is useful to someone!

For my boyfriend's winter wardrobe, I purchased these in a small size. He's posing with them right now. We live in Minnesota, so he'll be shoveling a lot of snow. He can tell they're very warm, and he appreciates the tight strap that keeps snow out. The color I chose was dark grey. I like that it's water-resistant, which is important when shoveling snow. We confirmed that it is compatible with his smartphone, which is fantastic! I did a lot of research, and these are probably the best warm, waterproof, smartphone men's gloves on Amazon for the money!.
Unfortunately, the liner separated from the shell the first time I wore them. (See photo) It appears that they pinned the liner with a single stitch, which ripped the first time I attempted to remove the glove. It's now the middle of January, with temperatures in the lower 20s, and I'm wearing a faulty glove. I'll have to re-align the inner liner and pin it to the shell. At each finger, I hand-stitched these. WTH! Stay away from these unless you're looking for a sewing project. Seriously, KOXLY, do you think not pinning each finger inside the glove saves you THAT much money? Very let down. On a side note, if this glove hadn't come unpinned, it would have been excellent and exactly what I needed. (FOLLOW- I sent these gloves back to Amazon, and they promptly refunded my money. That is to be commended. Nonetheless, the manufacturer should improve its construction and sewing methods, as well as its inspection procedures.
My city's temperatures have already dropped into the 30s, but I know that temperatures in the negatives are on the way, so I needed a good pair of gloves. These are exactly what I was looking for. br>br> Above all, they are extremely warm and well-insulated. It's ideal for the cold weather and, most likely, skiing! I really like the wrist material in the glove because it keeps any cold air out. I have no doubt that these will last me several winters due to the excellent stitching. br>br>I based my decision on the size chart, which was spot on. Mine were a perfect fit for me, and there's a Velcro strap that can be tightened even more. A sturdy link on the side of the glove connects the gloves together so one doesn't get lost when they're being stored! I put the touch pads to the test on my iPhone and iPad, and they definitely work. br>br>I'm so glad I came across this brand, and I'll be buying a few more for my family members.
These fit well and are very warm, but I bought them specifically for use with touch screens, and they don't work well at all - I don't have it on my iPhone, and I don't have it at the store check-out. The inner lining around my fingers almost always pulls out of the outer lining when I remove one of the gloves, and getting it back in place is difficult. I would not purchase these again or recommend them to anyone. br>br>NEW 6/11/21 UPDATE: br>br>Seller has now sent three emails with a $30 offer to remove this review - Below is a copy of the text. It's not for sale what I think. br>br>Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. This does not work. I just got these and am unable to comment on the water-related issues. The touch-proof aspect The screen function isn't working. I've been trying to get the touch-screen to work for several minutes now. Warming up the screen finger pads (for a heat-sensing display). I messed around with the screen a lot and it responded to touch/swipe/press/tap a few times out of about 20. If you're using a touch screen, you'll have to take these off, as other reviewers have stated. My job is almost non-existent. all. Nonetheless, if these gloves were sold without any touch-sensitive features, I'd feel like I got a great deal and a great pair of gloves. The use of the screen They're comfortable to wear, thick enough to keep you warm in the Colorado Rockies winter, and have a suede-like finish. The palms, for example, are made of a durable material that is lightweight but thick enough to keep you warm while still allowing for good dexterity. I'm familiar with mountain equipment and frequently pay top dollar for it. a buck for the best- mountaineering gear that is rated These are a fantastic buy, with 3M thinsulate cores that keep them warm, durable, and high-performing. the show.
I just got them, so I can't comment on durability or use of the touchscreen feature, but they fit and feel great. I can't speak to the warmth because it isn't particularly cold right now, but they appear to be nice and warm once more. They've met my expectations. They appear to be exceptionally well constructed. On the inside, they're super soft and comfy, and I'm very happy with them. The adjustable strap across the back of the hand is a nice touch that can be adjusted even while the gloves are on. Touchscreens can be used with three contact pads on the thumb and two adjacent fingers. Any of the standard one-, two-, or three-person Swipes with your fingers should be fine. I'm satisfied with them overall. They are well-fitting, comfortable, and appear to be well-made.
I only had cotton gloves when I had to clean snow off my RV, which I live in, a few days ago. My hand had become icily icily icily icily icily I like the tighter wrist band to keep the cold out and the velcro to tighten to the right tightness because these gloves are so warm and easy to move my fingers and work outside. You can text with these, but you have to press down hard on the keys, which could be due to the fact that this is my phone. I'm all set for the next round of snowfall! According to the sizing chart, this item fits.
