Other reviews mention not hearing the sound well, and I had the same issue. My daughter decided she didn't want to wear a winter hat or a beanie, so I purchased this set of ear muffs. A perfect winter accessory, these Ear Muffs will keep your ears warm! It is not possible to wear my earbuds under a certain hat because the buttons get pushed so that her hair gets messed up. Therefore, when I saw these, I thought it would be a superb gift and would laugh at her for losing the expensive air pods she had. I did not expect that the actual sound quality would be as good as it was and the Bluetooth would work so clearly for the price. It's easy to reach the buttons on both speakers, and both speakers are clearly audible. Bluetooth pairing was easy, and the included manual shows you where to look in the menu to find the name. These are exactly what I've been wanting for a long time. First, what I like is that they are warm and toasty. It is more effective to use earmuffs than a toboggan cap, and even with glasses on, it is impossible to lose the cold air. There are a lot of features I like. It sounds alright, as far as sound quality is concerned. Having adjusted the speakers' position, which consisted of no more than turning the crank, I could listen to music on the bus or train without experiencing any difficulties. It was much harder for me to listen to audio books. Although my phone volume was maxed out as well as the volume on my earphones, the narrator's voice was barely audible over the background noise most commuters hear during the day. Let me tell you what I don't like, I have a form of albinism which means I'm sensitive to light and have to wear hats and wraps in order to stay warm. If I'm going to be outside, I always wear sunglasses. I commute, so I wear something to keep my ears and head warm during the winter. The toboggan cap pressed on my earbuds as I wore a baseball cap over it. I was unable to hear until I put the cap back on. The situation is uncomfortable to say the least. Initially, I thought these would be a great alternative. Unfortunately, the design of these muffs makes them just as uncomfortable as the originals. By applying constant pressure to a metal wire on the head, the muffs remain in place. Because the muffs are worn on the back of my head, the thin metal wire pressing against my temple presses directly into my head. This would not be a problem if the wire connected the two muffs went over the top of the head. By adding glasses to the equation, it only got Moreover, the control box for the speakers presses directly into the top of my left ear, causing me a great deal of discomfort. I constantly adjusted the muffs in search of a comfortable position, but I couldn't manage.

This was a major disappointment compared with the previous two! It appears that this product was damaged when it was first opened. One side of the system worked, and since the wiring is all built into the materials, there is no practical way to test it. There was a terrible sound coming out of the working speaker. All of this happened in the middle of the day The frequency range is flat and does not respond to high or low frequencies. Although the second speaker was working, I cannot imagine that the meeting would have been any different if they had been working. The only reason I gave this one star was that you cannot give a zero-star.
