Fits well and does not move

I recently bought these ear muffs since they don't go over your head and I have very sensitive ears to cold. My head is very sensitive to pressure, so I gave them a try since they go behind the ear rather than over it. I wore them the other day for an hour and a half of snow shovelling, and they stayed in place just fine and kept my ears toasty warm without giving me a pressure headache like regular ear muffs. Although the adjustability is a bit limited, they fit me well even though I have an average head size, since my head is average in shape. I think the gear wouldn't work too well on a large male head. It had been a while since I tried these and I tried ear bags previously, but they didn't keep my ears nearly as warm and they didn't stay in place as.
