During the month of December 2018, I delved into the topic of boot dryers on Amazon. I needed something to dry my ski boots before a ski weekend I planned with my son in February. It was said by many that forced air dryers were the only way to properly dry boots. Not only were they more expensive than I was willing to pay, they took up a great deal of space in my luggage as well. Having liked something simple and compact, I knew that I had made the right choice. They slid into my ski boots like a glove, so I didn't have to take up much space in my suitcase. In other reviews, it was noted that the Kooders needed to run overnight to dry effectively, but I found that to be not true. Every day of skiing I was in my boots for probably 7 1/2 hours, but the boot dryers from Kooder removed the moisture from my boots in about 6 hours or less. It is a product I am fully satisfied with.
I purchased these boots hoping that they would fit my Magnum boots well. When I bought them I was trying to get a more economical item. At the moment, summer is on the way, which means boots without a lot of mesh will have a hard time breathing. My shoes were smelling bad due to a bad odor. I tried everything you could think of to soak up the odor. In an attempt to combat foot odor, I have even put baking soda into recipes on Pinterest. Because I have a difficult time finding good, comfortable shoes, I'm going to such lengths to look for them. It's very hard for my boots to dry naturally sometimes after working for at least 12 hours and one work day. You will get really bad odor in your shoes because of this. My job is a retail store in which we sell shoes, and I happened to be there at the time. In light of how it indicated that it takes care of foot odor and bacteria, I was going to purchase one of their dryers. The price I was willing to pay for this item was $37. It was very hard to find this particular brand for a very low price under 20 dollars online. In the end, the best reason that got me to buy it was how small it is and how easily it fits in When you get one of the docking stations, it seems to me like you have to store it in a location where you can use it. If you don't have a lot of space, This product suits my needs and came as described with a white color and no on/off option. As soon as you plug it in, it starts heating A product can be extended out without any problem. My boots are plugged in securely and sealed really well. I checked it in about 10 to 15 minutes after I plugged it up and no heated air appeared to be coming out. This item helps me dry my boots very quickly considering the fact that I get about 6 hours of sleep before my 5am job and my 645am start time. My only issue with the core is that it could be a bit I like the fact that you can hook it up easily to an extension cord. Although it is recommended not to wrap the cord around the object, you may still do so. There seems to be this feature on a lot of items nowadays. It is this method that companies use to make money if you do not read the instructions carefully. When I was a kid, I used to remember how products used to last for years even when the cord was wrapped around them. They almost certainly know that if you don't read the instructions, they can say that the damage to the product was done by you if you put cheaper chords on it.
Some days I have to spend time out of town because I work in the oilfield. I usually stay in hotels when I am out of town, so I needed to keep my boots dry at least on the inside As I wasn't interested in trying to carry around one of those large standing boot dryers, I mentioned to others who had used similar products that I had heard about these. When I woke up the next day for work, they were ready for me because I bought them and carried them to the hotel rooms. I only needed the one pair of boots I was wearing because this Kooder dryer thing dried them off for me overnight.
In the end, I came across this product that had great reviews, so easy to use, hazard-free, and that dries my shoes in minutes. I have used it both day and night. As long as the temperature is low and constant, my shoes won't be burned, but enough time will be left for them to dry. All I need to do is hook up the dryer cord to an outlet, insert my shoes and that's it. This was a great feature for me, since both driers can be adjusted for different shoe sizes. That will make it easier for the dryers to reach the tip of the shoe and also keep the shoe in the right shape. Also, the driers do not leave any bad odor behind. My feet will be very grateful to me when the weather turns cold in the coming weeks. I plan to warm up my shoes before leaving the house now that winter has arrived. I cannot live without it!.
He does not have a foot condition however, wearing these shoes every day, depending on time of year, gets them smelling. In its first use, this product was left in both of these shoes overnight without damaging them, resulting in the same smell as fresh leather socks. By the end of the night, these shoes were smelling just like new leather boots that had stunk horribly. The smell of muck boots is like the smell of fresh rubber. In the past three months, my husband has been using this twice a day Depending on the weather, it can take up to five days. This is a great product sometimes more and sometimes less.
My hiking boots get wet by the end of the day, and this boot dryer works great for drying them overnight. I put the boots in and leave them for the night, and the next morning they are dry and warm. Each morning when I get out of bed, they feel fresh. My favorite device!
Also, it's difficult to see in the photograph - the camera doesn't focus very well. However, you can add one inch to the length of the dryers. To ensure every boot gets heated/dried evenly from toe to heel, I extend the length to its maximum after I place the dryer in each boot. They are women's size 8, and I wear them every day. I would expect a larger shoe to be able to fit.
Don't listen to the guy posting negative reviews and comments all over this page, he obviously doesn't know what to do with them. After you get off the boat or out of the woods, this drink is great. Getting a pair of shoes dried does take some time, but when were they ever I only have a complaint about the design. The long leg portion of the kneecap was not accommodated without the kneecap breaking apart. I rolled down the leg portion of the heater so that enough cord was available to allow it to slip in deeply enough. Since I was wearing high boots, and the cord essentially wouldn't let it slip all the way down, I rolled the leg portion down.
