Questions & Answers

What happens if you use it on an outside cusion?

While I don't see why it wouldn't work, I think cushions should be a bit more durable since they flex so much more than shoes do. On Amazon, you can find the 303 brand spray protectant series as well as other places. My experience with it so far has been good on carpets.

Okay, I am getting a weathermaster six screened tent from Oleman Elite. Will this work well with Would you recommend that I get a certain number of cans?

The number four or five

How does it perform in terms of leaving any residue or completely drying?

It has been in use in my household for many A quality protection is appreciated when proper drying time is allowed, and it is applied twice. It is important that you let the coats dry completely between them. As far as residues when dry are concerned, I don't know. It is better to spray outside rather than inside so there are no oversprays. Dry on newspaper for a few hours. If it dries in the basement or garage, we can put it there.

What about synthetic leather? Is it safe to use this on it?

I have successfully used it on synthetic suede, which is more porous, but I think that synthetic leather with a smooth finish will also work. But please remember that synthetic materials are less absorbent than natural ones. If possible, apply the repellent in several light coats and let each coat dry in between, so that the repellent will not bead up and run. I wish you good

That seems to be a better option than the standard Kiwi spray protectant
4/5

I am satisfied with my progress so far. So far, I've used it on three brand new pairs of shoes (leather, suede, and fabric) and no water beading has occurred. It is recommended to apply two coats of paint (three is what I did). There is some doubt as to whether or not the product will perform well, or how long it will last. However, something tells me it will perform better and last longer. During my previous purchases of spray protector (the stuff in the gray can), I found that this product lasted longer. Sadly, the first can I tried stopped spraying about 1/4 of the way through after I had only purchased four cans. After a short time, it just gives a weak squirt. I've started on the next can, and it's almost gone, but it works fine. Hopefully the remaining two will work as well. You might be able to treat three To start with, it is recommended to give each patient four pairs of shoes and a can of cream. The article says that you will have to reapply if you don't You could coat them, but let's be honest, I think that would be a 1-minute job Two coats are all you need. It is a good choice considering you pay the same amount for footwear as you do for clothing. Over the past decade, I have used the older stuff on shoes that are over ten years old, and it really works to prevent stains. The spray in a well thing is not a joke, by the way and, by the way, Ensure that the area is ventilated. In the basement, I used to use my old spray protector, but this new product is so noxious that I can't stand it. In the end, I finished the coats outside, leaving them there to dry This fume is exposed to gas. Once it has dried, there is no smell. Use it outdoors only it is a lot more toxic indoors. Taking a sniff. I'm not sure how, but it works. This time I went back to the clogged can. *
* UPDATE 10/17/2019 * * Suddenly (and not because of anything I did), it's working once It seems so far to be going well.

I found it to be helpful
3/5

The ones I bought online are not close to me because no locations are available nearby. Out of the four cans, 2 were used. It was impossible to get either can to stop spraying after the nozzle was released, so I was forced to keep using them until they were I was able to use almost all of my cleaned horse blankets since I am doing my cleaned horse blankets. It seems that the second bottle is difficult to spray, yet it isn't empty. It also doesn't seem to spray evenly, sticking to squirting lots of drops. As of this writing, I do not know if it works well. I won't know for some time. 2 coats of paint were applied. The black sheets did discolor at a certain spot on one where they became light pinkish purple, but I'm not bothered as long as they function properly. In fact, I actually had a can left over from last year (different brand), so I had to use 3 cans to make these blankets. The blankets will be protected as long as they're protected from anything I mention. As soon as I begin using sheets and blankets, I'll update this post. A new update was posted on March 9, 21. I used blankets this winter and they worked well. There was only one instance in which the blankets soaked through due to standing out in an adverse climate. Due to the mild winter we had.

Making a waterproof fly for an old tent
5/5

It has worked great on my 2013 REI tent. I put two coats on it, and it stood up for four days in the rain with just one. In spite of 63 inches of rain yesterday, there was not a drop of water in the.

Everything went according to plan
5/5

It comes as a box of four cans, is easy to spray, and holds about six cups When spraying, keep the spray 8 inches from the body. Holding at one spot for too long will cause it to run fairly easily. Using sweeping motions is the best method. Clothing that is light in color.

I use it on my retractable awning and it works great
5/5

In addition to waterproofing two retractable canvas awnings, another waterproofing system was added in the Upon running a garden hose over the awning, there was not a drop of water to leak. Despite a heavy downpour, it held up fine. Cannot tell for sure if its because the waterproofing spray worked, or if the awning was waterproof from the start. As there had been mixed reviews on how waterproof these canvas materials were, I bought these to make sure the canvas was completely Water is no longer able to penetrate this material. The product did not stain or discolor the surfaces (I sprayed it This dried in a clear state. The canvas I used was dark green.

Waterproof to a high standard
5/5

Our pop up canopy is waterproof now that this has been applied. I have had no problems with it over the past two months of being outside all day.

I like it
5/5

After I bought a heavy-weight indoor blanket for my horse, I decided to try to repair it instead of buying one new I opted to waterproof the object rather than buy them, since they are expensive. As a result of reading reviews, I decided to give it a go. Using the four products I had on hand, I attached the blanket to the bed and used 2 coats of paint on it (all of the four tubes applied) I spent two days on this task due to the size of my horse. The first coat was allowed to dry, then the second coat was applied 12 hours later. In fact, it was a success! It is so nice to have a dry horse in Colorado during the snow storms!.

The program works well
5/5

In the past, my patio cushions were always soaked to the core after a heavy downpour. After spraying this repellent three times, I then dried them with a towel. There are still small water drops on the cushions, but the cushions no longer soaked. My intention is to spray them one more time, but I used about two and a half bottles to cover.
