I used it to clean a small area of the boot, and the image shows how the cleaner dried. Despite my efforts to clean the boots with water, rinse them, and then dab them with white vinegar, the cleaner completely changed the color of the boots and effectively ruined them. br>br>In addition, the area where the cleaner was applied became rough to the touch, and the rest of the suede was no longer smooth. br>br>I paid $165 for these brand-new boots. I emailed the company with the above image and spoke with a pleasant representative, but they were unable to offer me anything other than a product refund. If you have light-colored boots or shoes, I strongly advise you to be on the lookout. If your shoes are already worn, the color change may not bother you, but in my case, the boots were instantly aged and given a "worn" look despite my wishes.

Let dry. Then brush the nap to bring it back up. You will require a cloth to wipe the stain away. I thought I'd ruined two suede jackets when I first tried this on their collars, which had a makeup stain on them. When I sprayed the cleaner, there appeared to be water syain all over it. While considering taking the collars to a professional cleaner to save them, I picked up the suede brush and brushed in all directions on the collars, raising the nap, and was pleasantly surprised that the suede began to appear faded but normal. Jackets were not ruined as a result of their consumption. You will not be required to pay for cleaning services. It appeared to be successful.

Poshmark was the place where I got my Nubuck Dansko sandals. I bought this cleaner because there were stains on their toes. It was an Amazon bestseller with a lot of positive feedback, but it didn't clean my shoes. Because it didn't come with a tool or brush, I went out and bought a crepe brush with an eraser. That kit did a better job of cleaning the shoes than this spray. The advertisement does not match what the bottle says. Although the bottle specifies that it is for surface stains, the advertisement specifies that it is for water and oil stains. I was unable to return it, otherwise I would have done so.

I had intended to purchase the water protector, but I was delighted to receive his as well. Two pairs of Crockett and Jones snuff suede shoes got a good clean with it. There were no stains to be found. However, it appeared to revitalize them. I'm a little nervous about using coconut shampoo or something similar on such pricey shoes. It did an excellent job of removing a sticky stain from my mother's new suede bag. She picked one up on a trip to Europe, and with a few sprays of this and a suede brush, she was able to remove it completely.

This is an amazing product! I had a pair of Timberland boots that were starting to fade. I used this product and was very pleased with the results. When the boots were worn for about four years, they appeared to be only two months old. This cleaning product is fantastic.
