If this stretcher hadn't been here, I would have had to throw out an expensive pair of new shoes. There are stretchers on all the right spots. My solution was soaking the shoe first, then using a stretcher for a few days to let it dry completely. It did work for me a couple times even though I did not stretch it until it was too tight, as this thing really works. Having used this product, I have no qualms about recommending it.
