Quality seems to be ok, but the fit is disappointing. In thinking that the xl would fit my size 12 shoe, I bought one in the size xl. As far as I can tell, the spring is pretty much fully extended and the toe does not seem as big as I expected.

This is my first time As long as I push the toes into the shoes firmly with my hands, they do help keep the shape of the shoe better than nothing at all. One of the things that irritated me about mine was the white mold. Although they are ok, they get the job done for a large. I was surprised that the size is not as large as it appears in the images. The spread covered 5 to 11 inches and seemed to not take up a lot of space. It will be a different brand next time. Made in China as well.

For US size men, these tend to run small. Using the size chart worked out well for me so I would recommend going off of the size chart. The products arrived in great packaging as well. As you can see, the box is well branded and on the back of it the name of the company is mentioned. If I remember well, it was founded by two attorneys in Houston. Having bought the two in the box, I will be purchasing more for myself and my wife as the two that fit my shoes perfectly fit perfectly. The cedar scent is very strong and the time will tell whether they will hold up well.

Shoe trees like these are very useful. With their internal wedge, one shoe size can automatically adjust to the width of a wide range of shoes. The shopping reasons I bought them were they looked the same as ones I've bought at Nordstrom (department store) in the past. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Houndsbay produced This might be true (but I don't know for sure.
