A light walking jacket that is both comfortable and practical

I've been looking for a jacket to wear on my morning walks along the coast. This jacket is well-fitting, not too heavy, very comfortable, and, in my opinion, stylish. My phone, mask, and doggie treats are all kept in a pocket. I'm also considering purchasing one in green. All of this comes at a reasonable cost.
