I'd go with a size 6. I usually wear a size 6 shoe. In Keen, wear a size 5 or 7, but not a size 7. Just make certain you'll be able to return if necessary.
If you mean weight shock, then yes. I'm sure they'll help because they have a lot of support, but if you're talking about static electricity shock, I'm not sure what you're talking about. They're probably not going to be of any help. I had been wearing this model of shoe to work for the past eight years, but I have a problem with static electricity shock in my office during the winter - They didn't offer any assistance in this regard.
This style isn't KEEN enough for us. Because there is no DRY waterproof membrane and only waterproofed leather, your feet will most likely get wet if you work outside in the rain for long periods of time. The Detroit XT Waterproof Boot is a great option if you're looking for a waterproof boot in the mid-range.
The width of this boot is B, which is our standard women's width.

I'm not a huge fan of laces, so I'll be using elastic no-tie laces instead. But it's better than wearing a boot that's either too big in the ankle or too tall and hot. It's very relaxing. I don't even notice the steel toe because it's not that heavy. In fact, I wore them around the house for the rest of the day when I first got them and tried them on. I wish I'd known about these things years ago!.
I had a pair of these that I wore on and off for the better part of a decade. They are my favorite. These shoes are the perfect fit for my wide feet. When my old steel toed shoes became too ratty, I tried a different steel toed shoe, but I eventually returned to these. These are extremely well-made and comfortable. I must walk long distances and stand for long periods of time while wearing them.
(sneaker with a pointy toe). Keen is known for its tough outdoor footwear, and this shoe did not disappoint. The brown suede is attractive and sporty, and the steel toe delivers on its promise; I wore these shoes for a weekend house demo and was grateful for my purchase countless times, especially when a nail stuck to the sole (very thick soles, another bonus). Only one thing to keep in mind: like the majority of steel- I ordered a size 9 in wide width and was glad I didn't order a half size smaller or regular width because these suckers are heavy and might take a bit of extra energy to wear for an extended period of time. I ordered a size 9 in wide width and was glad I didn't order a half size smaller or regular width because these suckers are heavy and might take a bit of extra energy to wear for an extended period of time. The extra room could most likely be filled with thicker socks.
I have a wide foot and have a hard time finding shoes that fit properly. Even shoes with a wide width are frequently insufficient. I like keens because their wide shoes are usually very comfortable to wear. These are enormous footwear. I'm having trouble keeping them up.
I purchased the wide width, but the toe box is too small. I'm a 9 and I'm wearing a 9-inch shoe. I believe the number nine is correct. 5 will also land on the sides of my toes. These shoes have a lot of stiffness to them. Designed to provide genuine defense. If you get them, size up because the steel toe is hard, and the entire shoe is hard. I'm returning them because they're too big for regular hikers. I'm sticking with keen in the hopes of seeing some results.
Overall, I enjoy the shoe. They squished my toes even when I went up a half size. I should also mention that the return procedure was very simple, and they were refunded to me even after I had worn them for nearly a week. I'd buy from this store again in a heartbeat. 3 out of 5 stars for fit, but 5 out of 5 stars for the simple refund process.
This shoe has a great deal of cushioning. I expected to have to break them in a little, but I wore them for 8 hours straight on concrete with no issues. They're a little wider than I expected, but I just tighten the laces to make up for it. My toes have been cramped in other steel toed shoes, but not these! There's a lot of room for your toes here. They appear to be of high quality. I certainly hope so, as I intend to put a lot of miles on them. I'm pleased with them so far.
Aside from that, they're a good pair of shoes. Exactly what I'm looking for.
