I purchased a size 2XL for my size 12 boots, and they were snug but manageable to put on. So, in your case, it's most likely just XL.

The boot is nice, but it runs small. The size 2 didn't fit over my 10 inch foot. 5 boots. Took care of my daughter.
Tingley no longer produces 17-inch boots, so I bought these. When these boots arrived, one of them already had a snap ripped out when it was opened. When attempting to peel open a snap on the other boot, a snap was ripped out. So, rather than the snaps themselves being trash, it was the mechanical connection between the snaps and the PVC rubber that was trash. The boots, on the other hand, appear to be of good quality.
These have been in my possession for just over two months. Because I don't keep them in good condition, I usually have at least one tear by now, but these seem to last longer than the other brands I've tried. Although they are a little heavier than other boots, the extra durability is well worth the extra weight.
I always wear rubber boots for work, and I like these ones for the price; I usually pay $60 for other types of boots, and these ones are significantly less. I'll update if they last the same amount of time.
A fantastic concrete product.
The only reason I haven't given it five stars yet is because I want to see how long it takes for a hole to appear in the heels.
They fit whooooo USA USA I used to have a pair of their boots and they were amazing. I work as a cleaner in the food service industry and my old ones broke after three years.
Fits well because it's heavy and long-lasting.
