This boot gets smaller with wear! I've had problems with them twice now. The first time I sent an email to the company stating that they shrink and that they do not exchange or refund, they told me they couldn't help me because the heat caused them to shrink! I've made several purchases in the past, and this has never happened. They should alert you to the fact that you are shrinking! Now I'm stuck with two pairs of shoes from two different seasons, both of which have shrunk! The company has not changed or refunded me in any way! I believe the boot's quality has deteriorated, and it's not for the better; the part where you put your foot in has shrunk. They used to fit loosely because I have a wide foot, but now they don't. You are purchasing at your own risk. But I'm stuck with $200 in my trunk for the time being! There are two pairs of boots that will no longer be used!.
