The product was of good quality, but the quality control was poor and the customer service was poor You should beware! When I ordered the product the first time it was good enough to order a second time, but when I ordered the second time they spelled my name incorrectly on the embroidery

I was not at fault as the invoice showed that my name was spelled correctly in the customization. In the first case, a lack of quality control was the cause of concern. There was a problem with the customization of the coats. Quality control does not seem to be done there. It was the poor customer service that was the next issue to deal with. After I sent them a message to notify them about the defect in the order, they immediately focused on why I was at fault for taking too long to return the items (which I explained rationally - thank you). Because the coats had to go to me through a third party (I work for the armed forces in a remote location), the company refused to remake the coat. emails back and forth, they agreed to reengineer the coats if I sent them back at my expense, but they offered no assurance that it wouldn't damage the fabric, in which case I would have to discard the coats AND incur the postage costs. When the product is good, it's a good product, but when the product fails, they don't take responsibility for it.

This was a lovely coat, but it was WAY TOO small

My lab coat has embroidered motifs which I love (as does my other half who now owns one). However, I ordered my size, but it is so small that I barely have room to close it. While I look like I'm carrying twins (although that's not possible for a 48 year old male), I am not pregnant. Yet, even at the shoulders and arms, it is small. It still looks great on me and many people at school compliment my fancy new lab coat and the one I wear on the other Biology Teacher.

I love the quality fabric, the embroidery, and the fit is perfect. There are lots of cheap products in my life, and I've had many lab coats. A great price for a high-quality product.
