This pouch is perfect for working in a busy professional kitchen environment and storing certain tools in the chest pocket. The chest pocket keeps a sharpie, a prep list, and a small flashlight (for checking through dark coolers) protected and quick to hand. When I was in service, the tong holster was particularly helpful so I could avoid wasting time looking for the set you had As a matter of fact, I ordered a second one because I was so pleased with how the apron fitted and handled. In any case! In contrast to last time, I believe I have received a standard "bib apron" this time around, as opposed to the chef's bib apron - I find the difference between the two shocking. Material is cheaper and the cut is much shorter (both lengthwise and widthwise), and I switched my beloved tong holster for the front pockets. There is a nice aesthetic, but the functionality is questionable for a product that will potentially be on the line. Needless to say, I wish I had spent more time considering a back-up model before purchasing. If you are choosing one, make sure it is the right one for you.
A high proportion of the aprons at work are thin cotton or polyester blends. These are great. I've ordered five of them already and they're awesome. In June of 2020, I will be able to update the information on my aprons. I have been using them for six months and they are doing well. The fabric is just starting to look worn, the color faded, but that was resolved with fabric dye. During the month of August, it was used four times and washed after each wash. They look fabulous because the fabric is softer. I've dyed them twice with fabric coloring dies and they've turned out beautifully. It would be nice if they lasted longer. All things considered, it's not too bad for every day use. A year has passed and the aprons are starting to show signs of wear. Two out of five of them have small holes appearing in the chest and strap areas. Fabric dies allow me to keep the black as well as the appearance. The apron and its quality were both satisfactory for me in general. New ones have just been ordered using the manufacturer's website. There is a wider variety of designs on the website. The apron suits the home chef well, dad loves it as a King of the BBQ and mom thinks she looks and feels like Julia Child with it on. For the reviewer who was unsure how to wash the apron, I found that washing the aprons was a simple process. A cold was coming on and I was using plant medicine A "wisp it" based on "Amazing!" Clean stubborn grease stains and food stains using soap and warm water. A chef coat made by Chef Works which I find wonderful is the cool max chef coat. All in all, a year after I purchased the product, I am happy with it.
The quality of this product is very poor. I was pleased to see this was made of a thicker material when I ordered it. There was no steel grey color in it it was a rather black color instead. I can live with that whenever I can. The fabric seemed to shrink in peculiar ways when I read the care instructions and washed it for the first time. It also puckered and lopsided after washing. As the stitching pulled apart at the pockets and seams, the fabric began to fray and come apart. Make sure you do your research before buying! It could look like an urban apron that's cool, hip, and stylish. Nevertheless, it fails to meet expectations when it comes to quality and durability. This product left me very disappointed.
He loves wearing it and wears it everyday. It was a Father's Day gift for him. The pants fit him below the knee since he is 6'2". His weight is around 220, and he can wrap the front of his ties around the rye.
His grandson loves cooking, and he is a great chef! There are pockets and a towel lope, so it is extremely useful.
I feel like the fabric on my third apron is stiffer than that on my other two. There is probably nothing more to be done than wash it a few However, it is still fantastic!.
The size and strength of this product is impressive.
is what it The apron cannot be worn by a chef who is active. There is little give in the material, which is also.
