It isn't as long as a tunic, but it is long enough to be tucked in.
There is no way to roll up the collar. It's a thick, flat-laying material.
I don't tuck in my shirts because they fall just below the front pockets, but you could if you wanted to.
I wasn't particularly thick, and I was perfectly content working my hectic waitress shift. They have a good amount of breathing capacity.

This necessitated placing an order for a large. I'm happy to report that the large was a perfect fit!.
It's a medium-weight sweater that's perfect for the fall. Around the mid-section, it is comfortable and flowy. section. It shouldn't be too tight or too baggy. Perfect with a pair of jeans!.
I really liked the shirt, but it was too big for me. It's made of a heavy material that's not meant for summer. The top part was perfect, but the stomach and back were too tight for me; otherwise, it would have been a green shirt.
It appeared to be well constructed, and the zipper was adorable, but the fabric was hot and not breathable. I am only 5'2" and ordered a large, but the shirt was too short for me. It was a boxy cut that was not flattering in the least.
I bought it as a work gift for my wife. She enjoys it, but it is far too hot for the summer or spring. Although the fabric is soft and nice, it is heavy.
So I like how this has a loose fit and the length is just right for covering your back when you bend down. I ordered M, which is my usual size, but be wary of Velcro snags; for this reason, I wish it was cotton.
Fabric is ribbed and slick, and it feels great against the skin. I ordered a few with long and short sleeves. The colors are exactly as they appear in the picture. It runs large, so go down a size if you're unsure. I usually wear women's LG tops, but I had to exchange it for a Med, which is more comfortable and not too tight.
