I don't know what to call them, but it's almost like listed. 1) The 1 star review describing it as a skort is technically true. It does have shorts sewn in, however it does not have a flap With its full circle skirt and sewn-in shorts, this is a comfortable piece. In case you don't like the shorts, they can be cut out for a skirt.
