However, the skirt does not flare out as it does in the picture. I like the waistband and tie, but I did not like the flared midsection. Getting it loose is a lot more difficult than getting it tight. Naturally, it may just be a feature of my build. It has a very nice color, and it has a very nice material. This garment is bulky and unflattering in a way that I also dislike. The 2 sizes up didn't help, so I went up one size.
