It surprised me that they were so long. Pictures of skinny girls wearing them are shown in the pictures. If you're curvy a t-shirt like that might be too short for you.

This was an honest disappointment because the description does not portray these shorts as a kids size, so as the buyer I felt that this wasn't very clear.

This shorts are quite nice, but my granddaughter pointed out that the picture showed teal blue, but these shorts do not contain any teal blue. My observation is the same as yours. The picture did not look like the real thing.
