A pink one (the first one) arrived in a plastic bag loose. Unlike other colors, this hoodie (brown) was shrink wrapped tightly, and I found the bag and hoodie inside the shrink wrap. (We both have cardboard gift boxes. 2) I was curious about why the first one came poorly packaged and now assume it was a return. I do like both of these items, well made and extra warm clothing for a cold winter day. The third one I just bought is in purple (clearly I am For now, I will store this shrieked piece in its wrapping until it's ready to wash. The bags expand when they are opened, so you need to store them very carefully. The only downside is that I am looking forward to wearing them when the winter comes.

It's so heavy and bulky. I cannot wear the garment as displayed because it is uncomfortable. Snuggle with her when she's feeling down. I love it so much that my dog loves it too.
