Forplay Women's Petticoat Ruffle Trim

This petticoat is too long for what I'm expecting. I was expecting it to be short so I can wear it as a skirt for my Halloween costume. The petticoat fit like a puffy belt. It was just too short, flared and fluffy, more like a tutu than anything else, and didn't cover my rear ends I'm returning it since I'm disappointed with.

I am in love! It was exactly what they described. I honestly need to research the company that made it, because the tags were a bit shocking to me. Sadly, I had to cut the performance short this was for the sugar plum fairy concert for 13 year olds. I'll say it again Yeah!.

The perfect costume for a party or getting ready in the morning. The elastic on the skirt rolls a bit, but it adds a good bit of volume to an outfit, but it is quite short, so be sure whatever you wear over it doesn't hang below the hem. This top is far too transparent to be worn alone, but the fabric is very soft, and it's a decent product for the price. The product was delivered on time.

It's well made and has an accurate size. Since the skirt won't be totally flat and shapeless under a Sailor Mars cosplay costume, I'll be wearing it with the costume. has a great deal of elasticity! One in xl & one in xxl is on order She wanted a black band because her belly is growing and it fits snuggly with the stretchy band. It appears that the petticoat is well made, not too big or too flat, with the perfect amount of poofiness. This will work out perfectly, in my opinion.
