Her hips are 57 inches and she wears them low waist(50") so she got a 6x Plus in her size. It was a snug fit for her. A very well-made product.

The pants should have been a size down, but that is okay as they are more comfortable and still fit like a glove. It makes a nice shape and is very pretty. Like the only other reviewer here, I also wore them for my wedding pjs.
