The design is very nice, and it fits the purpose I wanted it for perfectly. This waist trainer is definitely more comfortable than typical waist trainers due to its plastic frame. My waist is 28" and my hips are 38" and the Medium barely fits when worn over a few thin tops, and it is not too tight around the waist. While I could probably adjust it a little tighter to fit most people better, I plan to wear it to walk for a day so I want to be able to move around a little. To be on the safe side, it is always best to get a size larger than your usual.
