I agree! bought mine for a 7+ year old and it is wide enough, not too
My grandson is 3 years old and I bought these for him. The glasses fit the boy's face, but as soon as he moves his head, the glasses fall off so they'll probably be too big for a two
These frames are made out of plastic toys. The costume I made for my daughter for Halloween was perfect

It was the perfect complement to my Halloween costume to have these glasses, and I received many compliments on them. These glasses are likely to work best when worn as part of a costume or as part of Unless you aim to achieve the fake everyday glasses look, you will be unable to achieve it. My glasses were very big in the middle, taking up a good portion of my face below the glasses. The top was above my eyebrows, and the bottom was on my cheeks. As a result of the size, I only give these 4 stars rather than 5. The pros are A sturdy design I had these glasses out for several nights and never once had a problem with them breaking or chipping. The quality of the products is excellent. A comfortable fit My face was perfectly encased with no pressure behind my ears or on the sides of my face. A lightweight design Even when I wasn't wearing them, I would forget I had them on! The cons are This is oversized The comments I made above are cited. A fake lens cannot be used The glasses do not have fake lenses, so it is clear they are not prescription glasses.
There are no lenses in these glasses. They are made of plastic. In view of the fact that they are only made of plastic, they are pretty good During normal handling there is no reason for me to worry about them breaking. I'm an adult, and I found that the lenses fit me perfectly. The lens openings are about five millimeters across. Their diameter is 218 mm (5 1/8"), so they are suitable for a wide range of applications and won't obstruct your view. My ear pieces fit perfectly over my ears, though I did have to file the edges a bit with a nail file. That was not risky, just a bit uncomfortable. I will be dressing as Sigmund Freud, so these are a bit big for me, but I guess it's all right.
However, they do not contain any glass, so they are unusually large. You can either accept this as a good or bad thing, just depends on what you're after. Then you can pair these with yellow jeans, a yellow sweater, and red shoes for a killer throwback look.
I was initially drawn to this frame since its color (red) caught my eye. As much as I was afraid that the color might be too bold, to my relief and delight, it was just right. Bold and yet not too bold. The second concern I had was the size of the opening in the lens. What I wanted was that wide Harry Potter type lens. I was able to get that as well. The red one). It is my hope that I will be just as satisfied with the dark green when and if they are.
In fact, I'm going to for the same costume at LeakyCon as well! A surprising amount of plastic was used, and it did not appear to be super cheap. I love it!!.
These were so great! My Halloween costume was Arthur the Aardvark (from the books/PBS shows, in case you don't remember.
As a Halloween costume, my son is going to be Simon from Alvin and the Chipmunks. His costume would look perfect with these glasses! I wasn't expecting much from a costume prop, but these are well made and can be played with for a long time after Halloween has passed. Thank you for my purchase. I am very satisfied with it.
