This game has a lot of coins. It makes a nice sound when you move around, but it's not too loud or obnoxious when you're just walking around. It's also made of a lovely fabric. This was an excellent value for money purchase.
This was a Halloween costume I bought last year. Hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. It worked out fine, but I'm not a belly dancer, so I don't wear it all the time. I was blown away by the value for money.

What they're made of is a mystery to me. They're thin and have a thin, tinkling metal sound to them. They aren't the same as the thicker monetary coins you may be picturing.

I'm a size 18 and it's a good fit for me. It's a stunning fabric. The white, dark red, and green were the colors I requested. The green one arrived smelling like oil, thanks to the steam ship that transported it from China. The smell went away after I hung it outside on the clothesline for a day. I'm sure you could hand wash it with a plant-based dish or hand soap, like Dr. Bronner's, or Woolite hand wash soap. It's well-made, but it's a little fragile. I wouldn't use a harsh detergent, such as Dawn, on it.
It's a little thicker than I expected, but I like it! It looks great right out of the box, and the jingle it makes as you walk around reminds me of Christmas. The color and size are just right!! I got the green, but I'll be back for another color because I like it so much.
This trendy scarf is one of my favorites! I've bought a few made of chiffon that get snagged on the coins and others made of velvet that aren't long enough and roll up toward the waist. br>br>The hip scarf is perfect — it's the right length so it doesn't ride up, the coins make a lovely sound with movement, and it stays in place once you tie it around your waist. br>br>I'll probably buy more in different colors. This product has made me very happy!.
The fabric is a crushed cotton velour in black that isn't sheer. However, having the heavier weight means it isn't as flimsy. Very well done.
If you're a lady who likes the color green, you should know that it doesn't come exactly as shown in the picture. I'd call it an astro turf green rather than the dark and rich color shown by the seller. br>I was expecting cheap, thin velvet, but I was banking on the color. Because I never even unwrapped the thing from its taped mass of packaging, it gets an extra star on the basis of the benefit of the doubt. br>I'm returning it to you. br>*sad face*.
This is the hip scarf you've been looking for. I went through a lot of ship scarves because I'm tall and have hips to wrap around, and I didn't like how short so many of them were. I also discovered two others that are longer in length! This wrap is better for us ladies with hips, which I appreciate! To put it another way, you have more "coins" to wrap around your sides and front of your body. Save these for us who have a little more hip and belly if you are petite!.
It's made of a velvet-like material that's both soft and long-lasting.
These coins have a great jingle to them! I wish the scarf was a few inches longer, but it does the job. Another dancer has inquired about mine since I received it.
